People think it's easy to get out of sadness, there are days when you feel happy and others when you feel your heart is crushed wanting to be alone, wanting to sleep and block everyone.

It's me and my unheard side against the world.

Efforts are rare so appreciate it before it starts to fade because no matter how much a person cares about you, if their constant efforts aren't appreciated properly, it would push them away slowly.

So appreciate and value those efforts before you are left with a lot of regrets and grief."
