After class

We, the new classroom officers had a meeting with our professor. We discussed the rules and policies for our classroom. He and I locked eyes, I felt embarrassed, so I looked away. He also looked away, for a small moment, I felt appreciated. It's just a small interaction, but it was worth everything.

The meeting ended.

I was left with him because my driver is still not there, but all of a sudden, Fransesca came, I was saved from awkwardness. We talked with each other but I saw that he was alone so I invited him to come sit and chit-chat with us. I saw him playing this familiar game, it was a game I used to play. He saw that I was looking at his phone and asked me "Wanna play? ", I said " Sure but I'm not sure how to play it again because it's been a while since I played this game." "It's okay, I can teach you", he said. OMG! HE HELD MY HAND! HELL YEAH!, I said in my mind. He noticed that my hands started to get sweaty and asked me," Why are your hands wet? ", f*ck, I was so embarrassed that I turned red. " Oh, I'm sorry, I need to get going", I said. I just freaking ran away.

Fransesca noticed me and followed me.

She caught up to me and asked me what happened? It's nothing, I said, and we proceeded to hop in my car, I was so focused on playing with him that I did not even notice my driver's texts.

We just went to a café to study, memorize the policies and rules and hoped that what happened will eventually be removed from my mind. We went home after a while.

When I got home, I laid in my bed because I was so tired, I just closed my eyes and fell asleep after.

The next day

I woke up, brushed my teeth, washed my body and took a peak into the clock and hell naw, I WOKE UP LATE. I HAVE MISSED HALF OF MY CLASS. He was texting me, like a lot. I was flustered he-he, I love him so, so much. I told him that I will be there in 30 minutes.

I put on my clothes, started to get ready and boom, my driver is not there, my mom took him to go to the mall. I ran towards the nearest bus stop and rode a bus. He was there at the gate, waiting for me, I waved at him and he waved back. Yes, it feels like I have won the lottery. He, gave me the notes and discussed things with the professors regarding what I did, but it was everything as the vice president. I was thankful but at the same time disappointed because it was just his duty as the Vice President to fulfill the duty of the President while the President is gone.
