Kayla went to bed with many thoughts in her head.
An alarm sounded in Ashley room waking her up.

(yawning) what time is it ?
A knock on the door startled Ashley, as she turned to the door.
Kayla opened the door gently, greeting the slightly awake Ashley.

Young miss, it is time to wake up, you have a jog around the house at 6:40, and your lessons starts at 8:00, so please kindly wake up young miss.

(shocked), wait, so I'm jogging at 6:40,so what is the time now.
Kayla looked up to the clock on Ashley wall reading the time.

It is exactly 6:10, young miss.

A scream sounded in Ashley room, echoing through the south wing.
An exhausted Ashley is seen lying on the floor covered with sweat, out if breath and looking like she may pass out at any second.

Ashley said in a hoarse voice, as she breathed heavily.

Young miss don't worry, It's just because you just started the fitness, that why you are out of breath, when you get used to it, you will see that it very easy.
