Introduction

Michelle Lin, a 23 year old woman who graduated with flying colors with a finance diploma which she had never used due to her family stopping her from doing so. At the age of 10 she was taught how to clean, cook, posture, walk, manners and etiquette. These things were expected as she was the daughter of a rich, well-known businessman in the country. Marriage was also expected, and now she was about to get married without having a say about it. She had no choice but to follow her father's order.

The man whom she was going to get married to was Xavier Lee, a 25 year old man, his company was at the top. He made his own company without help from his parents. A successful businessman, whom many women like. Michelle thought it was too unexpected that he is the one whom she will get married into. He had risen up due to his hard work for over 7 years. "Why would he suddenly be in an arranged marriage?" Michelle thought to herself. "Is it for business?" it travelled through her mind thinking why. It was one of the questions she wanted to ask after they got married.

*Preparation of the marriage*

The Lee and Lin family met at a fancy restaurant which they reserved for their family meeting. Michelle sat down, with such elegance that was taught to her. Both their families talked to each other, meanwhile they were all waiting for Xavier's arrival, since he still has a meeting he had to attend. A few minutes later, Xavier finally arrives, as he sees Michelle he stared at her with such a cold gaze, but it was also handsome for her. He greeted the Lin family and sat down. As he sat down their families talked to each other about their marriage.

Michelle and Xavier were facing each other, and it was kind of awkward. Both of them just ate their foods as their families kept on talking to each other.

At the end of the dinner meeting, their families decided on a date for Michelle and Xavier's marriage. His father spoke up "How about, next week?" Michelle's father, Mr. Lin said "That's a great date for their marriage! We better hurry up on the preparation then."

Both Michelle and Xavier were kind of flabbergasted as to why their marriage was too sudden. Finally, Xavier spoke up "Father, isn't that too sudden? We have all the time in the world so why so early?" His father replied "Son, both me and Mr. Lin is in a want of having grandchildren, we are also getting older as we speak. We need to hurry the marriage." His father spoke in a stern tone at that last sentence he made.

Few minutes later

As their families paid the bill, Mr. Lin said "Xavier, if you may, can you drive Michelle home? Me and your father have something to discuss." Xavier just nodded and leads Michelle to his car, he opened the door for her and closes it as she went in. He went to the driver's seat and started to drive to Michelle's family villa. Suddenly he stopped the car noticing that Michelle's seatbelt wasn't buckled up. He removed his seatbelt and moves his body closer to Michelle reaching her seatbelt, leaning closer to her face. He stopped as he stared at her eyes, his gaze softening and leaned his face closer.
