When Seok-jin received the call from Taehyung, he wasn’t surprised. Many people tried to contact him, but he dared not treat Taehyung like just anyone else. His boss had personally invited Taehyung for a meal. Having worked for Jungkook for over a year, Seok-jin had never seen him pay so much attention to a single person. Whatever his boss’s intentions, one thing was clear: Seok-jin couldn’t afford to offend Taehyung.

The two of them exchanged polite small talk. Taehyung used the excuse of wanting introductions to others as a way to keep the conversation going. By the end, he had successfully obtained Jungkook’s itinerary.

From their conversation, Taehyung learned that Jungkook would be flying to Daejeon on Thursday for business unrelated to the entertainment industry.

Most people in the industry referred to Jungkook as "President Jeon" because, unlike most artists who frequently appeared in programs or public events, Jungkook managed his own company. It was, in fact, thriving. Beyond his projects in filming and advertising, Jungkook rarely participated in social engagements. Exposure didn’t seem to matter to him as long as he released works now and then to maintain public interest.
