Come here, you charming little thing (murmurs, his breath smelling of alcohol)
Theodore
Don't hide from me, I really do like you (gestures Zoe to come closer)
zoe
(Take a hesitant step forward, heart pounding.) You may own my freedom, Theodore, but you'll never own my soul. (Her eyes glint with defiance.)
Theodore
(He chuckles darkly, his eyes gleaming with amusement.) Such spirit! I admire that about you. (He takes a swig from his glass, the amber liquid sloshing around.) But in time, you'll learn to submit to my will. I always get what I want.
zoe
(She narrows her eyes, feeling a shiver run down her spine.) And what if I refuse to bend? Some things can't be bought or broken, Theodore. (Determination fuels her voice.)
Theodore
(He sets his glass down, his expression hardening.) Refusal is not an option. You are mine now, and you will learn your place. (He steps closer, looming over you intimidating.) I can be generous to those who obey, but merciless to those who defy me.
zoe
(She swallows hard, her pulse quickening under his intense gaze.) Generosity means nothing when it comes from a prison. (She takes a deep breath, standing her ground. ) I won't be broken easily.
Theodore
(His lips curl into a smirk as he reaches out, tracing a finger along Zoe's jawline.) We shall see about that, my dear. (His touch is firm, almost possessive.) I have plenty of time and resources to wear down your resolve. One way or another, you will be mine.
