Her step mother punish her even at slight mistake once her step mother beat her with her father belt at that point.. she was nearly conscious and then lock her up without food for two days elder maid beg for two days for her then she open the room but Vanessa was breathing very slowly she took her to hospital where doctor said that she has nyctophobia

She was in the hospital for a month after that she become cold .. because at last she get to know that her father doesn't love her he let her stat in this home only because of the property she has
