Taehyung spat, his voice low and dangerous as he advanced on Jungkook, his chest puffed out like a peacock flaunting its feathers

Jungkook gulped nervously, feeling like a mouse cornered by a cat. He had never witnessed such aggressive movement or raw hostility before; it was as if Taehyung was a volcano about to erupt.

Jungkook protested earnestly, gesturing dramatically with an earnestness that could rival a soap opera actor.

Taehyung’s scowl deepened, his eyes narrowing into slits as he scanned the crowd, clearly on the hunt for someone—perhaps a hidden accomplice in this strange game.

Seizing the moment, Jungkook made a break for the exit, his heart racing. But just as he thought he was in the clear, Taehyung’s hand shot out, twisting his wrist with a grip that was both firm and unsettling.

Taehyung whispered, his voice dripping with menace and sending shivers down Jungkook’s spine. He shoved Taehyung away, the sudden movement surprising them both.

Taehyung looked back at Jungkook, his eyes smoldering with anger as he stepped closer, raising his hand as if to strike—but just then, a commanding voice cut through the tension.

Before Jungkook could unleash the full force of his indignation, Taehyung’s fist connected with his chin, sending him sprawling backward onto the floor.

The Enigma growled, advancing toward Jungkook with a menacing intensity that would make most people quail.

Yet, despite the beauty and intimidation radiating from the guy, Jungkook found an odd spark of defiance within him.

He knew he should be running for cover, but instead, he locked eyes with Taehyung, the fire in his own gaze igniting. Taehyung snarled, raising his fist again, but Jungkook was quicker this time—he ducked and seized Taehyung’s wrists, pulling them upward with a sudden burst of determination.

The taller man stumbled forward, landing on top of Jungkook in a tangle of limbs.

Gasps filled the room, mouths agape in shock as the chaotic scene unfolded before them

Taehyung's voice was a low murmur, his gaze locked onto Jungkook’s eyes with an intensity that seemed to spark electricity in the air. Just as Jungkook's fist was about to make contact, Taehyung moved with the swiftness of a striking serpent, catching Jungkook’s fist in a firm grip and twisting it with a precision that drew a startled yelp from Jungkook's lips.

It all unfolded in a heartbeat, a whirlwind of motion that left the surrounding Alphas gaping like fish out of water, their minds scrambling to comprehend the scene before them.

In that moment of utter disbelief, time felt suspended, as if the universe had hit pause on their usual antics. It took Namjoon a few precious seconds to shake off the daze that had gripped him, and with a fierce determination, he surged forward, his voice ringing out with authority

He planted himself defiantly between the two, a guardian ready to restore order amidst the chaos.

But little did Namjoon know, Taehyung was already a step ahead. With a swift motion that seemed to defy logic, he hoisted Jungkook into the air as if he weighed no more than a feather

And then, with a dramatic flourish, he brought Jungkook crashing back down onto the glass table, the sound resonating like thunder through the room. The delicate shards scattered like confetti, and the air erupted with gasps of surprise and a hint of amusement at the sheer audacity of it all.
