chapter 1: Wind Kingdom

In the years when the wind kingdom ruled the Earth with their great power, the world lived in relative peace.

The wind kingdom is made up of three tribes the Northern mountain dragon clan, the southern water buffalo clan and the South Eastern serpent clan.

The South Eastern Serpent clan seen to be the weakest tribe surprised the entire kingdom when it produced a young brave and strong warrior who bravely fought against invading barbarians and not only defeated them and defended their land, but also conquered key territories of the barbarians.... this young man was a martial artist of the heaven level of Qi cultivation.

He later became the first of the South Eastern Serpent clan to become King over the wind kingdom and therefore the years of peace began.

That young man gave birth to Cui Yan (who's the main character of this story line). Cui Yan unlike the other kids was quite weak, reserved and lazy. as a crowned prince he got everything the world had to offer, fame, money and attention.

But his father worried about the future of the kingdom in his hands. not too long after the birth of Cui yan, the Kings beloved wife died strangely it something untraceable so the King personally raised Cui Yan as a single parent, ignoring the elders talks about getting remarried. something really bothered the Kings mind and he wanted his son to be prepared to ascend the throne although he was just 14. the King called for his maid servant and when she arrived, he told her to go summon the young prince to his presence....

meanwhile

somewhere in between the Northern mountain dragon tribe and the southern water buffalo tribe, in a popular inn for traveled a man walks in wearing a hooded cloak and after scanning the room with his sharp piercing eyes, he walks straight to a table where three other men in hooded cloaks were seated. he joins them and nods to the maid servant to bring them some wine.

what's the news you bring... tell me something good this time.

well, everything is going according to plan and no one suspects a thing, the King is a pretty strong man I must say.

yes, another man spoke up. he's lasted this long under the effect of the snake flower poison.

the first man replied.
