“D-Daniel me and your mom are glad that your staying with us for a few weeks.” Vince said Daniel smiled “me too I’m glad your having me.” Daniel said Vince smiled nervously “so any updates on your powers?” Vince said Daniel nodded “yeah I have over 500 powers though I only use.... 15 percent.” Daniel said he smiled nervously “why only use 15 percent?” Alice said Daniel looked at his hand he frowned “if I use more then 15 percent my power will start to control my mind I’m talking about literally some of my powers can take over my mind and turn me evil or make me act different.” Daniel said.

Vince looked at him “so your power made you act like that?” Vince said Daniel looked down “kinda my emotions also made me like that.” Daniel said Vince smiled “okay I hope you won’t have to feel that way again.” Vince said Daniel smiled and nodded immediately daniels phone started ringing Daniel picked up his phone he saw it was his brother daniel hung up.

Vince and Alice looked at Daniel Daniels siblings kept on calling each time he hung up “you can pick the phone up it’s okay.” Alice said Daniel looked at her nodded “thank you.” Daniel stood up he left to the bathroom and answered the phone call from his sister “Daniel where are you we need you here!” Vanya said Daniel sighed “can it wait?!” Daniel said “brother please we need you down here now especially now there’s a villain which has water manipulation two of us are severely injured due to his sub ability blood manipulation alright so we need you!” Vanya said Daniel sighed “I’ll be there.” Daniel said.

Daniel ran back to the dining room both Alice and Vince were surprised “I’m sorry there’s a emergency back at my home that I need to deal with I hope it’s okay that I leave early?” Daniel said Alice smiled and nodded “yeah of course it’s okay go be with your family Daniel.” Alice said Daniel smiled and ran out Vince looked at Alice “honey do we really have to spoil the weeks by having him come with us to visit your Dad?” Vince said Alice nodded.

Daniel saw his sibling down he was shocked he immediately jumped in before any further harm could be done he activated his power and shot a electrical beam at the villain knocking him off his feet ash looked up beaten Daniel became worried he started to heal them he instantly felt a sharp pain on his back that need to his stomach he looked down and noticed a icy sword peirced his stomach he looked on back of him shocked it was the villain he felt dizzy due to the blood loss he dropped unable to move he layed there on the floor slowly passing out.

Everything went in a haze he could barely remember what happened he woke up minutes later in a hospital specifically for hero’s his eyes felt heavy due to the blood loss he couldn’t hear anything but murmurs then he hears his parents Vince and Alice he was kinda happy they came to check on him even though he couldn’t feel anything or he couldn’t wake up he felt something that he hadn’t felt before a warmth in his heart but the sharp pain he had felt the still open hole in his stomach and it had hurted overwhelming him he passed out for what seemed to him like a few days but to others a few hours he passed in and out of consciousness until he woke back up for good the pain had subsided he saw that his stomach was patched up he sat up surprised by a hug from both Alice and Vincent due to his wind being newly patched up the hug had stung.

His parents backed away worried Alice currassed daniels cheeks upset and worried “they told us what you’ve been doing your a idiot you could have hurt yourself playing hero.” Alice said Daniel was shocked “i-i was trained to be a hero since I was two mum.... this one he just took me off guard I was foolish I broke superhero role 40 never turn your back away from a villain unless you secured him I was stupid mum but that mistake won’t happen again I promise.” Daniel said.

Alice saw that Daniel had compassion for the hero work he saw his adoptive sibling do and himself do for his short time she felt like she couldn’t allow herself to let him deny his dream “t-then go for it just tell us next time and be extra careful on your next mission and if a mission seems too dangerous call the pros you have to promise me that if you want to continue.” Alice said Vince was surprised by alices words Daniel smiled widly even though it had hurted “i promise mum I will tell you.” Daniel said Alice smiler her smile went to a frown she looked down.

“Is it even okay to ask you if such things after what we’ve done?” Alice said she started to cry a bit Daniel smiled and hugged Alice “yeah of course mom.” Daniel said like Alice was there May was there too she became upset and surprised by his sudden forgiveness of his parents she walked out of the room John noticed and he followed to make sure she was okay Daniel only noticed that May left nothing else.

Alice looked at Vince sighing “look Daniel later this very week we will be visiting your grandfather do you want to come we’ll understand if you want to stay with your siblings?” Alice said Daniel smiled “I’ll be fine.” Daniel said he immediately smiled.

A week later the day daniels grandparents came Daniel became wheel chair ridden until he fully healed from his room he heared the door open and close “grandpa!” Jay said “my favorite grandson how are you doing!” Grandpa said it sounded like Jay was happy “I’m good although I learned that I have a big brother a few weeks ago!” Jay said Rohan looked surprised “Really I never knew that I have another young grandson where is the baby Alice?!” Rohan said zari nodded happily Alice sighed “he’s young but he isn’t that young it’s Daniel he’s finally returned home.” Alice said.

Daniel felt like Rohan was once smiling and now he isn’t anymore “the Daniel the one that was born out of wedlock between you the other boy the Daniel that wasn’t going to be getting the company until either you had a baby within wedlock or we would have gave it to your brothers now 10 year old son the same age that Daniel would be right now that one is here!? Rohan said Daniel heared the anormus yelling he ran upstairs opening doors until he found Daniel acting like he was sleeping.

‘Fun fact I’m technically not sleeping but I’m also technically am sleeping this ability I have allows me to exit my body and continue on as my soul’ Rohan looked at the sleeping Daniel surprised and angered Alice carrying jay quickly followed later zari and Vince follow Zari immediately saw Daniel she smiled she hugged the sleeping Daniel she then noticed the bandages “what happened to his stomach.” Zari said she immediately started to use her power on the area scanning it she sensed the hole in his stomach and how close daniel was to fully healing “why does he have that type of injury it’s like a knife stabbed him!” Zari said Daniel remember the words his grandfather said he didn’t get it he didn’t get what his grandfather mean he rentered his body.

He opened his eyes widly they noticed Daniel quickly sat up ‘what grandpa said couldn’t be true right Vince has to be my Dad he has to be’ Daniel looked at Vince “w-what’s happening.” Daniel said Zari backed up “he got that injury due to cooking classes he fell on a knife while-“ Alice said she got interrupted by Daniel ‘I’m better off telling them maybe then will I get answers’ “mom think they need to know grandfather and grandmother I’m a superhero for the city my superhero name is Ace.” Daniel said Rohan started to laugh everyone looked at him “that’s so ironic considering your real-“ Rohan said he got interrupted immediately by Alice “don’t dad please don’t even say it!” Alice said Daniel looked confused “honey please don’t I know you have your pride on the line but don’t say it we finally have one of our grandsons back do you reall want to lose him again!?” Zari said Rohan laughed again but much harder “I don’t consider a son of a supervillain who almost destroy the entire country my grandson.” Rohan said Daniel eyes widened “w-what do you mean?” Daniel said Alice looked at Daniel.

“Daniel don’t listen-“ Alice said Daniel immediately cut her off “please mom I need to hear this.... no I want to hear this I want to hear what he has to say.” Daniel said Rohan laughed “everything about your life is so ironic do you really want to know more about you your mothers mistake and your father a villain who almost destroyed us fine you know what I’ll tell you I wonder though will this story drive you to villainhood or have you already hit it?!” Rohan said.
