It seems that the things which were happening to her.Her being sad and zoning out was a part of her plan.After that day she entered her house and acted really nicely in front of Anna and her family but inside lily started to create misunderstanding between Anna and her family and made her (lily)bound strong by acting in front of Anna's family

It seems Lily was friend with Anna just because she was jealous of the things love care and attention Anna's family had been providing to her. So she planed to take everything from her by hook or crook
