Chapter 4: The Conversation

The following days all begin and ended normally, I was carefree and happy as my marks were fine but they didn't reach the expectations as it was my first time giving a junior section exam. I also found that an Unexpected girl would score even more than me in some subjects. I am really stressed out till now.

Didi and I had become very good friends up till this time. We didn't hesitate to share anything with us. Only seeing our faces would make us very happy. But, it came to my notice that she was behaving kind of strange all of a sudden towards Hrishi. I. was. confused. Was it that she was unwell or was i seeing things.

Some random day, I was waiting for Dhanu to meet me after-school for going home together. Soon I realised that it had been quite late as usuall she won't spend so much time after dispersal in school. I went inside the building to check if she was practising with our dance teacher. She had a good relationship with her, so most of the time she would inform me......

While Walking through the waiting room I heard some whispering or squeaking, whatever you say it. I tried to get a peek of what was happening, what if teachers were discussing about the mid term tests?

My evil persona already told me to eavesdrop but instead of grumpy noises, I heard a girls voice.

By coincidence, It was Didi and her very old friend. They looked Serious about the conversation they were having. This kind of expression was rare on Didi's Face. I then looked at the time and confirmed it was not more than my parent's bottom line. Now onto the conversation;

Palak:" Oh yeah, according to my limited knowledge about Kenny, she could leave him if you say so.

For the best, you should discuss everything with her and then convince Hrishi to get back to you.

Dhanu:" Actually you are right in some or the other way, but I would choose the last option. But as much as I. to resist him and ignore , he looks at me with his puppy eyes. Ahhhhh...! I literally have no idea if that jerk comes to get me and confesses to me. He actually used me for his own popularity! But what the freak is wrong with his looks! "

Palak: "Stop screaming, it's getting late go home, I don't think this great philosopher could solve this

My heart was fluttering at the moment. This was the first moment I didn't know what to do. But again thanks to my angelic persona I made my mind to give up on him and the full script was ready in my mind.

As I thought that the conversation is over I popped right in the between saying "Hey sIsTeRs!"

"So you are mimicking James Charles again, aren't you", Palak said. After that her mother came to pick her up. "That was seriously lame" I said to cheer her up and take her out of the damn building.

"What?... I'm.. ya haahaa" ,Dhanu said ,Awkwardly.

I literally didn't wanted to waste my time on worthless talks. then I jumped to the topic.

"Alright, it is fine if you are gaining feelings for your cheater, I don't personally like him that horribly."

"How the f*ck are you supposed to know that? It's not what you think, seriously"

I laughed so freaking hard, and said its seriously not an issue.

Don't blame Dhanu, When you have recently broken up, you still have some feelings for the man and a little thing can spruce them up.
