Victoria felt bad with how the maid had spoken to her, but she couldn't do anything because it's not her home. Later that night, her fever had gotten so high and her leg was swollen to an extent that she couldn't even lift it, but she gathered all her strength and was making her way downstairs to get some water for her self.
