I could see how hurt he is by the way he speaks, and the emotions in his eyes.
He's too young to face and experience all these. I pulled Luca onto my lap and hugged hIm tightly. I didn't want to make this move, but my body moved involuntarily.
He struggled to get out of my grip, but my grip was firm and protective. His sobs send repeated pangs of guilt through my body.
I've killed his father in my heart more than a hundred times and was not still satisfied with it. He is the reason why my Cherub is in such a state. He started hitting me with his small feather-like hands which didn't affect me at all.
