Taehyung was blissfully unaware of the storm swirling around him. His body was wrapped in the warmth of sleep, the aftereffects of the marking creating a peaceful, almost serene aura around him. His chest rose and fell in a steady rhythm, his features soft and calm, free from the tension that gripped the others
The bond between him and Jungkook was now complete, but Taehyung was too exhausted—physically and emotionally—to process it fully. His subconscious, however, could feel the pull of it, the sense of security that came with being marked, and it was enough to lull him into a deep, dreamless slumber.
In the living room, Jimin stood, his fists clenched tightly at his sides, his breath shallow. His chest burned with betrayal. The very man he had loved for so long, the one he thought would understand, was the one who had claimed Taehyung before him. The idea of Jungkook marking Taehyung, of Taehyung being taken away from him, was a thought Jimin couldn’t stomach. The knot in his throat tightened, and before he even realized it, his words came out in a rush.
Park Jimin
You...you took him from me!
Jimin’s voice cracked with raw emotion, a mix of anger, hurt, and jealousy.
