Nancy was experimenting with a new latte art design, the bell above the door chimed. She looked up to see a tall, striking man with warm brown eyes and an easy smile.

William had decided to try out this new café he'd heard about from his colleagues

As soon as he stepped inside, the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans and baked goods enveloped him. But it wasn't just the scent that caught his attention – it was the woman behind the counter.

Their eyes met, and for a moment, the world seemed to stand still. William felt his heart skip a beat, captivated by Nancy's radiant smile and the way her eyes sparkled as she greeted him.

Well, our house special is the Hazelnut Heaven latte. It's a customer favorite

William Swan

Sounds perfect.

William replied, unable to take his eyes off her

Thank you! We're pretty proud of it. First time here?

William Swan

Yes, actually. A colleague recommended it. Said you have the best coffee in town.

Well, we certainly try.

William chose a small table near the window. A few minutes later, Nancy approached with his latte.

The Coffee had admiring art.

William Swan

Wow, this is beautiful. Did you do this?

Nancy Collen

I did. It's a little passion of mine

William Swan

It's impressive. Almost too pretty to drink

Nancy Collen

(laughing) Almost, but not quite. Please, enjoy it while it's hot

William Swan

(taking a sip) Oh, this is delicious. My colleague wasn't exaggerating.

Nancy Collen

I'm glad you like it. So, what brings you to this part of town?

William Swan

Well I hope you have a couple of minutes to spare. Please have a seat.

Settling down in front of William Nancy said

Oh, interesting! My Best friend works there too.

Nancy Collen

How do you like it there?

William Swan

It's challenging but rewarding. How about you? Have you always been in the coffee business?

Nancy Collen

Not always. Brew Haven is actually a bit of a second act for me. I used to work in marketing.

William Swan

Really? What made you switch?

Nancy Collen

I've always loved coffee, and I wanted to create a space where people could come together, relax, and enjoy a great cup. It was a risk, but...

William Swan

But it paid off. This place is charming.

Nancy Collen

Nancy Collen
