JUNGKOOK STORY

Jungkook, 18 years old, sits at his desk, staring at his textbook on law.

He's fascinated by the subject and dreams of becoming a lawyer one day.

But his parents, seated across from him in the living room, have other plans.

Mr.jeon

(firmly) Jungkook, we've told you before. Law is not a stable career path.

Mr.jeon

You need to focus on something practical, like business or engineering.

Jungkook

(passionately) But Father, Mother, I want to make a difference. I want to help people.

Mrs.jeon

(frustrated) Help people? You can help people by making a good living

Mrs.jeon

And supporting our family.

Jungkook's parents have always been traditional, valuing financial security above all else.

But Jungkook's heart is set on studying law.

Jungkook

(determined) I won't give up. I'll find a way to pursue my dreams.

Jungkook's father slaps him, his face stinging from the impact.

Mr.jeon

(furiously) You'll do as I say, or you're no son of mine!

Jungkook's eyes well up with tears, but he stands tall.

Jungkook

(defiantly) I won't give up. I'll find a way to pursue my dreams.

His mother, eerily calm, speaks up.

Mrs.jeon

(indifferently) Okay, leave then. See if anyone will accept you.

Jungkook grabs his bag and storms out of the house, tears streaming down his face.

He runs to the one place he knows he'll find solace – his big brother's apartment.

Suga, his brother, answers the door with a mix of surprise and concern.

suga

(warmly) Kookie, what happened?

Jungkook collapses into his arms, sobbing uncontrollably.

Jungkook

(between sobs) They don't accept me, hyung. They don't accept us.

Suga holds him tight, remembering his own struggles with their parents.

suga

(soothingly) You're not alone, Kookie. Jimin and I are here for you. We'll face this together.

Jungkook pulls back, wiping his tears.

Jungkook

(determined) I won't go back. I'll make a new life, with you and Jimin.

Suga smiles, proud of his little brother's courage.

suga

(smiling) Welcome home, Kookie. We'll build a new family, one that accepts us for who we are

Jungkook takes a deep breath, feeling a sense of belonging for the first time in a long time.

He looks around Suga's cozy apartment, seeing photos of Suga and Jimin, who's been like a brother to them both.
