Rose POV

If someone had told me that my life would go from sweet to bitter in a second

I would have said they were not crazy but simply a pessimist

But right now they would have looked more reasonable than ever

Standing in my living was my dad

Covered in bruises…some deep and some soo deep they had my heart beating faster than I knew it could

💥💥BOOM💥💥

In a split second the door of the house flew open to reveal men in all black

With guns and weapons that could have even the president’s guards shaking in their boots

They surrounded my living room

And with the way the guns were held

I knew that they were cocked and they wouldn’t hesitate to shoot if necessary

I tried again

I said trying to sound brave but feeling myself fail terribly at the attempt

But still no one answered

I moved closer to my dad who was turning in pain

Only to be stopped my some men who shoved me roughly
