saying these words grandma closed the book . Being just eight and not understanding a word I was lost in thoughts . I thought the words itself are lost .

due to heavy jumping on the road I woke up from my dream. those words of grandma still echoing inside me. I looked out of the window and saw woods all around. the car suddenly stopped . I looked at the front seat. dad was looking at the navigation map. if I am not wrong he is long lost . I dont know how it happens but he always get lost while driving. mom and my two messy little brothers took off to grands home which is situated in the not yet known place in the world 2 days ago with my uncle . Due to change in my exam schedule I came today with dad.

" Delph , why dont you run around here while I get this thing right " said dad looking at his GPS figuring out how to get back at the right track. Dad still treat me like a 6 year old when I am already 16 . I nodded to him and started pacing toward the woods. the trees around are so refreshing .Each breath is too fresh not ever polluted.

I sat down on a rock nearby and enjoyed the view. the trees were large . The sunlight touched my face which made me blink . I took out my phone and snapped a shot.

I dont have many friends or I would say none. so sharing it I dont care in a sense. I looked around except these trees and some insects there is nothing much to see. I could hear the flowing of water. but I dont dare check . if I am lost that would add up to a too messed up situation for my dear dad.

I love talking to myself a lot . Because I dont have many friends . I went near a tree and touched it. I could feel warmth from it. I tried climbing but fell off. I tried again but it didn't work out right. I looked around to confirm no one was around .i took a deep breath and calmed myself down saying ' don't worry Delph, there is no one around, chill out babe.'

I stared at a flower and a butterfly that surrounds it. Are my eyes playing magic or what. Is that butterfly glittering in the sun. I went near it . It was a mixture of sky blue with ashed sparkling ends. the butterfly was majestic.

I am not a very good child to leave poor animals alone and just enjoy the view. I went back to the car and fished through the bag and took out an empty glass jar that was one hour ago filled with biscuits. I looked at dad he was still navigating. I don't know when will the navigation ends but hope it can end before nightfall. the butterfly was sitting from one flower to another. With my lovely little face and brown eyes I went closer to it. without giving a second for the little one to think I closed the ash star inside the jar . I am sure if I show it to dad he won't let me keep it and just want me to let it go free.

I heard my dad calling me . I took one last look at the mighty woods and turned around to go. Before going back I took out my phone to click a final shot with ash star . I clicked the shot to only know it was on video mode. suddenly something passed behind me. I turned back and saw nothing. I changed back to camera mode and clicked a shot .

I hurried back to the car . Dad was already inside. I held the jar behind me and got into the back seat . I kept the jar inside the bag.

" what took you so long " asked Dad

" loved the woods .. I was mesmerised. so it was hard for me to say goodbye to this place ". I said with a devilish smile and holding my bag .
