Start over

As I enter my dorm I see nothing out of place. There was Alexis sitting on the bed watching "My cardboard love." It's about people who do D.I.Y'S with cardboard. "Hey, Alexis. Right?" he nods bringing his attention to me. " So I was thinking, why don't we start over?" he gave me a puzzled look. "Start over?" I could tell he didn't know what it meant, "It means to give a person another chance, or as we say it. Start over." He gave a look of relief. "What do you think I meant?" He blushed, "I thought you meant to start umm... the process over again." It was my turn to be confused. "I don't understand, Alexis." I said dropping my stuff to the floor and climbing on bed to sit next to him. "It is where when I first bit you, I claimed you. 'The Show' you saw or I guess lived in was like the coronation for me to be yours and you to be mine." He said. Oh geez, damn this is tough to get in all at once. "But why did you 'claim' me?" I asked curiously. He blushed even harder "Well their was this man, my cousin Jensin, who wanted you and he killed each of his wives. And I didn't want that to happen to you. I could tell you are special. In a way that I think only I could see it." My turn to blush...I stayed silent. Then something hit me, "Wait Alexis, you said wives and coronation. Does that mean that 'the show' was the coronation for you to claim me and for us to be together, married?" He shrugged, "I don't know it's my first coronation. So I'm guessing yeah because you have my mark behind your ear." I was surprised, "A MARK? YOU MEAN A HICKEY?!?" He chuckled, "No, each vampire is born with a mark. Well each pureblood. Halfblood's are a mix of both, human and vampire. So he/she was a human then bitten by a pureblood. Because only pureblood's csn turn humans into vampire's. I was born with a mark of an hour glass with golden sand in it. The day passed on and we didn't talk to each other for the rest of the day. Well until it was time to sleep. "Alexis, where are you going to sleep?" He smirked, "With you." I shook my head. "No. Sleep on the floor." He shrugged, "At least my back gets aligned." I gave him a blanket and a pillow. He pulled me close and kissed me. "mhmhmmm..."I wanted it to stop. He let go of me and I went to sleep without a word. When I woke up I saw Alexis staring at the tv screen again. I snatched the controller from his hands and turned it off. "What time is it?" I asked him. "9:47, did you get a good rest?" I jump out of bed not answering his question. "Did you turn off my alarm?" I asked. He nodded, "You were sleeping so peacfully." I punched his arm, "Wake me up next time." I was so late I didn't realize I changed in front of him. I saw him pinch himself before leaving the room. I wondered why? I am so getting punished for this being late.
