In my thoughts, you linger, never to depart,
Each cherished moment, etched in my heart.
I sought new faces, to fill the void,
But your laughter and jokes, forever enjoyed ♡♡
Loneliness pushed me to find some light,
Yet your humor, a beacon, shining bright.
How do I forget our banter, so sweet?
Those moments, with you, a joyous feat.
But now, the idea of a fresh start,
Brings a bittersweet ache, to my heart.
Mistakes were made, regrets I bear,
But causing you pain, I cannot dare.
So, in shadows, I'll silently remain,
With memories of us, a gentle refrain🩷
