Felix's POV

6 Months. 6 months is how long i'd be roaming and exploring this unknown world as a lonesome one. Quiet and vacuous, possibly a tad bit of lonesome in here too.

Felix

"Its raining."

i murmured as i watched the raindrops further soaking myself. I checked around the foggy surrounding as raindrops pelting down with a cool breeze of the wind, its beautiful and calm around here. But,

Felix

'Its too lonely and quiet out here,'

I thought anxiously as i strode around the humid grass under my steps. i don't really like being alone, especially in an unknown place. A sudden thought came into my mind as i watched the flowers dance together with the wind breeze,

Felix

'Maybe if i check around, i'll found someone who could accompany me in this world.'

A tiny spark glimmered, a hope within my soul for a companion or a friend that could help and accompany me.

I've heard about friends but i live alone in a room, my room where i was raised alone by a few adults and where im not allowed to leave the room. They were sweet and gentle to me, but they were also very strict of the rules they have for me. I once broke a rule, but it didn't end well for me— atleast before i managed to redeem myself. Even though it still scared me till now, atleast they didn't leave me.

Felix

"I never had any friends before, the scientists would often talk about how fun friendship is. I wonder if i could find someone who could be my friend in here."

I informed the wind as i kneeled down to touch the flowers, dandelions. I like flowers, but i don't like how they would wither so easily without the help of the sun and water. But they are beautiful and magnificient on the bright side.

Felix

"Do you think i could find a friend here, little flower?"

I asked the flower as my fingers caressed the moist petals. As expected, no answer instead as the flowers just sway with the breeze of the wind. They looked like they're dancing with the wind.

Felix

'they look funny and adorable like that.'

I wondered with a small grin, they really do look unique.

Grass, flowers, trees, and the pouring sky is the only thing i see. I squinted my eyes through the fog, it seems like i have to search around now.

Felix

"Its getting cold now..."

I murmured through the cold wind before i strode toward the fog and head to find a path that could lead me to shelter from the cold rain.

The only audible sound i could hear is the loud pitter patter of rainpour that is slowly getting heavy and the subtle sound of my rushed footsteps.

Felix

'Its cold... Really cold...'

I mentally chanted those words in my head. My body shivers under the cold rain and wind as i tried to fight my way through the storm, clutching both of my side as i strode through the rain.

Felix

"Please, please... A shelter or anything..."

I murmured as i gritted my teeth through the cold shivers running around my veins.

The grassy foggy fields and heavy raindrops is the only thing i see in my vision as i ran through the puddle of rainwaters already pooling on the grass and flowers fields. Its a shame that i had to step on the flowers, but i was too cold to think about anything at the moment. My footsteps and breathing is getting heavier every second but a silhouette of a tree in the distance came into my sight,

Felix

"a tree! Oh thank you!"

I chimed in delight and relief as my footsteps suddenly grew lighter to ran towards the tree for shelter. A soft thud and i rest myself on the damp grass underneath me, the thick leaves of the tree allowed me to take shelter underneath it. Even though there is still droplets seeping down from the leaves and the grass is damp cold underneath me, its better than being drenched fully in cold.

Felix

'it will do for now...'

I thought optimistically with a small smile as i adjusted my position and leaned on the tree trunk. Yeah, this is better than nothing.

I hugged my knees to my chest and curled like a ball as an attempt to warm myself, it was a futile attempt but atleast i tried. The cold and chilly wind breeze didn't help it at all.

Felix

"It seems like the rain isn't going to finish or stop anytime soon,"

I spoke even though its barely audible due to how loud the rain is,

Felix

"its gonna take forever for the rain to stop..."

I sighed in despair, shivering slightly as i blow a breath to my hands. My hands wrinkled due to how long i've been in the rain, and also cold... But it will get better!

Its been an hour, and the rain seems to be stopping down now. The wind is not so cold now, and the sun is starting to appear. I was distracted by the sight of a frog near the pond beside the tree im staying, a duck and it's ducklings swimming around the pond. They were adorable and i wished i could join them. Would it be fun if i'm an animal? Maybe a duck or a frog, they look adorable and they seem to enjoy their life in peace. I was curious to say the least, but my train of thoughts got cut as i noticed the rain stopped.

Felix

"Oh, thank you..."

I huffed in relief, it was getting boring and tense around here. So i decided to stand up and futilely dusting off my damp clothes.

Felix

"Its still raining a bit,"

I peered out of the tree leaves, it was indeed a small drizzle pouring down from the overcast sky,

Felix

"I'll be fine, its just a small rain."

I stood out of the tree and began to strode over to a direction im not so certain of. But its okay, i'll keep moving onwards.

Felix

"Maybe i could find a village or town around here and maybe ask a few things around here..."

I pondered out loud as i took my steps on the grass, it was drenched now underneath my feet. The direction im heading to is leading me to a field and a forest in a distance. I was slightly distracted, the surrounding as i strode through is quite beautiful and serene. I would like it here if it weren't for the fact that i don't like being alone.

Going through the beautiful fields and forest, i found a path. It looked like an old path and it was leading towards something. I also spotted a fence near the trees.

'Maybe it could lead to a village or town nearby?'

I pondered, suddenly i feel enlighten by the thoughts. I started to rush towards the path, following the path in hopes that there is a village or a house with someone. Turning to a stop, my grin falters at the sight. Instead of finding a town or a village, i found none of them. An old rusty cabin is seen.

"A cabin..?"

I pondered out loud, disappointment etched on my faltering grin yet a new feeling of curiosity bloomed within me. On the bright side, i at least found something.
