For the rest time of ride, we all kept quiet either because they both were taking their time to digest the information they got or probably ran out of topic.

As for me, I was clearly avoiding the topic we just talk about and I don't want them to start it again.

Arriving the house my mouth fell open in awe. I never thought that I'll return to this place or palace. Yep.... since uncle is an engineer and aunt a doctor we get more than enough and the glitter on gold is Grandpa's cafe house or bakery.

So... even the house gives a look of simple two-story but it isn't. Uncle designed it in such a way that only one-fourth of the house is at the front above the ground. Rest one fourth is below the ground and half of it is hidden in the forest at our backyard above the ground.

It's in the shape of the v just one side is more bigger than the other.

It's really big at least bigger than my old pack house which was made for 500 people to live easily.

I didn't even exit the car when the front door opened and a woman with a huge smile in front scared me a bit. Scratch that scared me a lot actually.

My aunt was standing there waiting to hug me, well hug as for her, for others, it is a death grip where you will die due to lack of oxygen. She was waiting for me and I was waiting for inevitable to not happen. Unfortunately, it didn't work because she started coming towards me herself.

The panic in me was rising with her every step, you will say that I am a werewolf and she's just a human but trusts me when I say that she has the strength of a superwoman.

God, please save me.

She was just a few steps away when my uncle came between us and before she could say anything he handed her a bag and asked to keep it inside.

A disappointed and longing look came on her face but giving him a pout she walked inside.

Uncle turned and winked at me of which in return I mouthed a thank you with a grateful smile. Didn't I say we always clicked?

Safely coming out of the car knowing she is not going to return I took one bag from grandpa and walked inside the house with the uncle by my side and grandpa in front.

Well, to basically protect me.

Stepping into the house we walked straight towards the living room where all my luggage was kept down. Uncle slumped on the sofa with a sigh resting his head on the sofa back as he looked at me from behind his hairs covering his eyes. He patted the seat beside him gesturing for me to sit. I gave a small smile and rounded the corner to move in front and sit.

I just opened my mouth to ask about my room when an overwhelming familiar and delicious smell entered in my nostrils. My eyes closed on their own and even Gracia's tail was wagging from the delight smell. A slow smile crept on my lips as my legs walked on their own in the direction of the smell.

Entering the kitchen I was met with four pans sizzling on the stove with the smell of god erupting from them.

My eyes were fixed on them like a man who had seen water after being thirsty in a desert for more than a week.

Aunt turned after stirring one of the pot as she saw me and smiled.

Thank God there is a counter between us.

"I see you still didn't forget the smell." My eyes flew to her and a cheeky smile came on my lips.
