Breaking The Legacy Of Alpha

[Alpha P.O.V.]

Just after 15 minutes of Andrew left. My beta came crashing down the front door with a worried look on his face. "Alpha, It's Kyle something happened to him."

My eyes widen at his words as I jumped from my desk and ran with my beta towards where Kyle had been. We came out in the backyard. Pack members were surrounding someone and watching closely.

I entered the circle and everybody moved to the side seeing me approaching.

"What happened?" I asked no one in particular.

But before anyone could answer my eyes fell on unconscious Kyle lying on the ground.

I fell to my knees beside the pack doctor as I frantically touched Kyle to see if he is okay.

"He is fine Alpha just unconscious from the pain." Pack doctor spoke as he stood up and ordered to carry Kyle in his room.

"What happened here?" I asked my Beta.

"I really don't know Alpha but we heard a painful howl coming from the forest so I send pack guards and warriors to check upon it. When they returned they were having the unconscious Kyle with them and told that the howl was of him. As when they reached him he was clenching his heart and writhing in pain on the forest floor."

Confusion was all that entered my mind.

I looked at the pack doctor for an explanation.

He gave a sigh and looked down for a minute before facing me, my beta and Kyle's mate Alia who was standing with us listening to our conversation.

"Well I checked him up and If what I am thinking this is and this is for no good at all." Doctor said.

I was getting frustrated by his round talking. "Would you please tell it straight forward," I yelled at him.

"What I am saying is that It looks like Kyle's mate has rejected him." All eyes flew to Alia as she looked like a deer caught in headlights.

She backed few steps and shock covered her face. "I didn't do it. Why would I reject my own mate."

"But that's not all... I am pretty sure that not only Kyle is being rejected but the person has also broken the mating Bond with him. And that's the reason for his pain. Though the bond is broken from his Mate's side Kyle's wolf still held the bond." My eyes flew wide at his words. Broken the bond but how's that possible because the only person who has broken his mate bond is 'Andrew'.

With a shock wave entering my mind my head turned towards Alia who was standing there her head bow down as she was fidgetting with her fingers.

I took an intimidating step towards her as a scared look replaced her features.

Using my hard commanding alpha voice I roared at her.

"Tell me this truly and very carefully. ARE. YOU. REALLY. KYLE'S. MATE."

She stood her head bow with no action to answer me.

I growled at her. "Answer. Me."

A squeak escaped her lips as she trembled in fear and shook her head No.

With a surprised look on all our faces, we all were looking at her with disbelief.

"Then who?" I asked her again.

She didn't answer.

"I asked who?" I yelled at her.

"Andrew..... Andrew Clauss."

Those three words made my knees weak as I fell down and truth registered in my mind. It was Kyle who rejected him. Kyle is Andrew's Mate.

But... But then why Kyle rejected him. Why?

With Anger clouding my thoughts I glared at the bitch standing in front of me. "Get out of my pack's territory right now before I kill you. And never ever enter here again."

she quickly nodded and scurried off.

Putting my hands on my head I felt like I am being buried in the ground from the weight of the guilt. I have doomed my own pack's future by my own hands. This is all my fault. I should have asked him about his mate. I should have known that my son is not ready to take the alpha position, I should have known that he still is an immature, steel-headed, cocky bastard.

I felt two hands on my shoulder trying to lift me to stand. I looked up in my beta eyes that were having remorse in them.

"It's all right. It's still not late. we can get him back and reheal the bond between them. You have to be strong Alpha. Come we should go and bring our future Luna back home." I nodded and stood up.

"Prepare my car. and take 10 warriors wolfs with us to Andrew's house," I commanded in a low voice to him. He nodded and went on ordering others.

I walked to Kyle's room to check up on him and tell him a piece of good news.

As I entered the room I saw him sitting on the bed support from the headboard and his mother my luna comforting him.

"How are you feeling Kyle?" I asked in a monotone voice.

He smiled at that "Fine dad but what happened to me.?" My jaw clenched at his question.

"Your Mate rejected you and broke the mating bond."

His face turned into of a mix emotion of sadness, guilt, pain, fear and I don't know what else.

"Break the Bond? But why would Alia do that?" His mother asked me, confusion covering her face.

"Not Alia love but Andrew. Andrew is your son's mate whom he rejected last night." Shock and anger covered her face and before I could understand what happened a loud crack sounded in the room as she slapped Kyle hard.

His face emotions didn't change but remained neutral.

She grabbed him by the shoulder and shook him. "Why?? why did you do that? Why did you reject your mate? Do you even know what you have done to your Pack?" She said crying.

"Answer her goddamit," I yelled at him.

"Because I love Alia not him. I am not a faggot." A soon as those words left his mouth my rage crossed my limits. I rushed to him in long steps and lifted him up as I punched him hard again, again and again.

I didn't stop till I felt my mates hand on my shoulder's stopping me. I looked back at her to see her pleading look. My anger vanished at that as I threw him on the bed.

He was still conscious but badly bruised.

I mind linked the whole pack to stay away from Kyle and refused the Pack doctor to provide any type of medicine to him.

I grabbed her by the shoulder and walked to the door of the room but before exiting I spoke my decision. "You have lost the place of the Alpha. You will not become the alpha, Beta or delta of the pack. You will just be a normal member and I will not release the Mate bond from your wolf. You have to live with that pain for all your life."

Saying this I walked out as My beta joined me informed that the Car is ready.

I turned to my mate. "Love we are going to Andrew's house to ask for the forgiveness of his. Will you like to come.?" she nodded at that.

We walked to my Car and I was just about to sit when I didn't feel the pack bond with Andrew anymore. I searched my heart for a link to him but found nothing. My eyes grew wide at that as I looked at my wife. She also nodded at that. She also felt the lack of bond. As faster as possible I sat in my car and drove to Andrew's house breaking all the rules.

My mind was praying that what I am thinking hadn't come to true. But my hopes were crushed when On entering his driveway I found a big lock on his front door and his scent getting weak.

He Left. He left us. He had crossed the boundary of our territory and most of all due to some reason I can't get through of his scent.
