Chapter 5: Stampede

"Little goddess,how can you be so sure about me being an alchemy master with just me being able to sense you from afar?"He said.

"I... I am not sure,b... but you are,right?"She said timidly fiddling her fingers, looking at Clevenge.

As if knowing what the silence meant she bowed her head and continued:

The little goddess got startled.

"Wh... why is he finding food in the middle of the night?and it's f... for me?And why beans?and also my prince?Is he regarding me as h... h.. he's wife?B... but... we just... "She stood there full of complicated innocent thoughts while blushing ,she thought of the little knowledge her mother implanted in her brain something about 'Love'.Even though it's just some story about a Prince saving the princess,a husband who finds food for the wife and all simple little stories ,simpler the disney's.

(She ignored the cross out thinking it's part of he's way of writing.)

At the same time...

Clevenge was 5 km away from the little goddess.

"Phew... I run on an impulse thinking of this poison... aye aye,What a waste my little goddess , Even atleast staying there for the night."

He smack his head in regret.

"Well,I have no choice gotta finish this fast...can't let my first harem member wait for too long... hehe... "He thought while grinning.

"Come to think of it , the day and night time here are longer than on earth,hmm... and also I think I hardly met any Demon Beast... no did I even met one? or is there even one? That... "While thinking the wonders of this world the sound of the system suddenly rung inside his head.

Clevenge got startled with a little shook of his heart for a second and then calmed down again.

"I'm not surprise anymore."he said with a blank expression , the next second...

"Hehe... system you can't beat me by just this little tricks of yours,you want to surprise me to death eh?Too bad for you,huh... do you have any tricks other than this petty tri... "He did not finish when the system resounded.

*Ding* [The side effect of the protection will take effect in 3 seconds and will attract the attention of the Demon Beasts 30 km radius ,advising the host to prepare for a war.]

He stood there stupified while widening his eyes and sweating porfusely.

"Da... Damn system,curse you... ho..."He angrily shouted but then intterupted again by the rumbling sounds.

He saw a large sand smoke made by the gigantic Demon Beasts , one by one a large wave of sand smoke keep poping out in every direction around him.It's not that it just pops out out in a blue, it just show's how fast it's approaching to him that it's almost like a ghost that vanishes and appearing nearer and nearer.

*Thump*Thump*Thump*

His heart beats faster and faster until almost synchronizing the thump of the Beasts.He didn't even have the time to think where the beasts come from , what it's like or how fast it came,the only thoughts of his head is 'Run' until almost hearing his heart beating in a sound of 'Run'.

*Swoosh*

He dashes towards a big gap between the hoard creating his own sand smoke.While dashing,he opened the martial arts technique he recieve for killing a cultivator for the first time.

*Ding* [Transferring the data...20%... 55%... 90%... 100%.]

*Ding* [Transfer successful.The host may now use the 'Heaven's Palm' technique.]

He felt his head aching and as if he remembered a technique that he had been practicing for so many years,he felt familiar to the technique.He move his hands in a strange yet familiar way.It's just like on those movies where the characters does a dance like move to create a light that they ** forward , the deference is his move is so dazzling and fast that you almost can't determine if his moving or not.

*Crackle*

He suddenly ** his palm towards the gap that is almost covered by the Demon Beast creating a huge golden palm with a crackling sound reaping the void.

*Crash*

*Ding* [The host receives... ]

The palm hit the hoard squashing the weaklings leaving only the stronger ones annoyed , getting wilder and wilder.Without listening to the systems sound , he blew a second stronger golden palm.

*Crackle*Crash*

A huge smoke covered the Demon Beasts , when the smoke dissipates he saw the Demon Beasts still standing with only scrarches on its skin.

He got starled and immediately made a leap while opening the system's store , searching for an item to use , when he looked down , a huge Demon Beasts mouth is waiting for him to land on it's mouth.

*Munch*

He directly shoot into its stomach.The next split second...

*Boosh*

A huge golden palm burst out from its stomach making a hole in it with the blood splashing every where.The next moment Clevenge came out from it holding an Iron sword he bought to the system for 1 point.

"Hell with this sword , I can only buy mortal swords? Ahh... this corrupted system!!"

He shouted angrily while still thrusting forward to escape while blood soaked his body.

He put some soul strength into the sword to make it a little tougher and continued killing more Beasts.By letting the sword make the wound bigger and then inserting his hands blowing it's stomach or directly going into it's mouth and then blow , he manage to kill many Demon Beast with alot of sounds ringing inside his head making himself a little dizzy.

He looks super cool into doing all of it like a true master , experienced in war , if only there are many people watching they'll probably swallow their toungue in awe.No one knows if that magistic moves came from the martial arts technique itself or is it a moves from his past life or his natural talent.

Finally he reach the last hoard of beast and immediately bypassing it.He did not stop and run as fast as his stamina could bring him.
