This novel plot feels like a tired rehash of the same old tropes—where "He," "She," and "The Other Woman" play out their predictable roles. However, the trashiest plot twist is that "She" isn't the protagonist but rather the villainess.
The adulterated couple, "He" and "The Other Woman," bizarrely emerge as the legendary protagonists of this fictional world. It's as if the novel's moral compass has gone completely haywire.
The villainess's descent into depression following my character's death, the only highlights about her pathetic character is that she's a lovesick and her emotions have utter lack of depth. She's nothing but a color-blind, lovesick fool, and as time progresses, her character becomes increasingly irritating—a perfect example of beauty without brains. But the only thing good about her is that she was not a bad person from the beginning.
Well, I guess love make people blind.
As for the FL, she's portrayed as a dim-witted, opportunistic **** who relies solely on her pretty face and charm to manipulate rich jerks and scoundrels—a genuine problem-sucker.
And don't even get me started on the ML—he's nothing, but a f*cking red carpet, lacking any semblance of substance or agency.
And there is also a villain who loves the fl but I still don't understand why he loves her??
Well, I don't care what will happen to them as long as they don't get on my nerves.
I'm honestly more interested in villains. But every time these authors just kill them off!
Why? I mean, why do they have to do that? If they really wanted to give these protagonists a happy ending, why kill the villains?
Instead, they could just give them a bit of brainpower since they're already smart enough.
And if they're really meant to be killed, then why make them drop-dead gorgeous and hot? It's beyond frustrating! 🙄💢
