Despairing Hope

PROLOGUE

Hey What's up! My name is Ranga, I want to tell you all about kindness and love. Have you ever felt love? Love in many ways of course, the love of a mother, father, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother? Have you ever even felt love from an enemy? If you have never felt it then you are someone who is ignorant or insensitive. Haha,, but enough talk about that. Now I want to tell you about the goodness that happened to me.

I know, I'm telling you a story through the mind dimension, looks like the Multiverse, right?  Uh-huh, I know this is just a story that cannot be confirmed because every individual, especially "Humans", humans are creatures who cannot live without love and affection. We as humans need a figure to worship, and ultimately from the era before the existence of science, namely the era that still only relied on animals and plants and rocks for clothes, food and homes. then it was born from the desire of the figure they wanted to worship, namely "God" and it was true that the human population was increasing, now they had to go explore all regions on earth and continue to reproduce.

Now the figures they worship come in various shapes and forms. and not only have they created their own creator, they have even named their creator as they have created many of the figures they worship.

Just like in religions that existed 4,000 years ago, such as "Hinduism" for example, they had the figure of "Brahma" the Creator, then there was "Vishnu" the Preserver, and "Shiva" the Destroyer.

There is even a man who made himself a "God" because of his wisdom and hard work as well as his extraordinary luck, he managed to become a figure who shines brightly in the "Vihara" where Buddhists worship, namely "Gautama Siddhartha" who has carried out his life's journey and performed asceticism for many years -year that finally gained Enlightenment at "Bodh Gaya" under the Bodhi Tree.

Now I want to tell you about my life which was full of annoying tests by turning it into a life full of gratitude on the condition that I never forget to remember the one who chose me. Well, Let's start the story—

It all started at the beginning of spring, I was a young man who only did repetitive activities. Carrying out activities as usual based on the love and affection of God, then one day when it started to get dark and the rain started pouring heavily, I ran to the company's dilapidated warehouse, then when I got there I started to adapt and calm myself down, when I started feeling sleepy in my eyes, suddenly I heard a voice moaning for help, then when I was surprised to hear that, I began to respond to the sound by looking for the direction of the scream that was calling.

"ANYONE!!!! HELP ME!!!! Ahhhh!!!".

    Shouted the girl who was gripped by her chin. Then a man's voice was heard forcing her hard.

And I started searching, which ultimately led me to find a middle-aged man who wanted to rape a high school teenage girl.

"SHUT UP!!! SCREAM AS YOU WANT HERE, NO ONE WILL HEAR, AND FURTHER THE SOUND OF THIS SCREAM WILL BE A VERY MOOD MOAN OF PLEASURE, GYAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!".

    The short-haired middle-aged man snapped.

"No!! Don't!! (No way, my first experience here? with someone like this?? Why?? Why O God???) . . . Sob . . . . Sob (I beg anyone . . . . I can't stand it anymore, O God)".

    Said the frightened girl crying.

"STOP IT!!!! YOU APE!!!!".

   Ranga  shouted, who then lunged before the man was about to strip off the girl's clothes and underwear. I immediately went down and saw what ended up being a fight between me and the uncle.

"Hahaha!!!! The Hero has arrived, what's this— Gaahhahhkk!!!—"

    My fist hit the uncle's face hard which made him bleed from his nose and his mouth was bitten by his tongue.

"Huftt . . . .  Huftt . . . . I WILL NOT RETURN, EVEN IF I HAVE TO DIE!!!".

    Ranga said, standing straight and clenching his fists.

" . . . . sob . . . . sob . . . . (O God, thank you)."

    The girl sobbed gratefully

"Urgh . . . . my . . . . right . . hand . . . . ".

     Ranga whispered to himself.

"Hufft . . . . Hufft . . . . . YOU BASTARD CHILDDD!!!!!! YOU DIE!!!!".

    The middle-aged man shouted.

My fight to the death was inevitable and after a fierce fight like "Adam vs Zeus" it almost made me not look like Adam in the Netflix anime, I also experienced injuries that even doctors could not consider it light injury and needed more of 7 days to recover completely. And finally I started to be able to subdue him after the "Back elbow" of my right arm hit the back of his neck which made him fall unconscious.

"Finally, I succeeded. Victory is mine. Hufft . . . . Hufft . . . . (It seems like my left eye was paralyzed because of my uncle's blow earlier, Damnit!)".

    Said Ranga who was tired after a big fight.

After fighting to save the innocent girl, I walked towards her as firmly as possible.

"Are you okay? Can you stand up? Come on, I'll help you hehe . . . . ".

    I said with a tough smile with injured eyes which resulted in my left eyelid not being able to open.

"Y-yes . . . . thank you . . . .  your eyes . . . . and your right arm?".

    Said the adorable black bob haired girl.

"Ah! It's okay, this is normal as a man, okay . . . ., it hurts, but the reward is definitely not yours with my efforts, hehehe".

     Ranga said awkwardly.

"Sorry, I can't provide more than care, My family will take care of that later".

     The girl said with a knowing smile then sat down on the floor of the abandoned factory, sitting according to traditional Japanese etiquette, giving him the anticipation of laying his head on her soft lap.

"What are you talking about? I'm here talking about my reward from the Most Wise, so if you can't help me with my wound, that's okay with me!"

     Ranga said firmly.

"Heee~?? Do you really mean it when you say something like that? Hmm~? Hmm~?".

     The girl said, fiddling with her eyebrows while smiling teasingly.

"R-really!! I'm fine, especially since the girl I helped was as cute as you!!!.

      Ranga said firmly while blushing.

". . . . Ahahahaha. . . ., Hehehehe . . . .,".

    The girl laughed and smiled in amusement, which made me fascinated and happy because she managed to return him to the light of happiness that every human being has the right to feel.

However, that is only temporary. I forgot about the person who was the cause of all this, when I started to focus too much on talking to the girl by making all kinds of jokes as if I was risking everything I had, I didn't even realize that the uncle who had been battered had awakened to his senses and stood up straight, facing behind my body and started took out a sharp weapon that was kept in his pocket then ran screaming as if he had lost his mind.

"GAHAHAHAHA!!!! DIEEEE!!!!!".

    The middle-aged man shouted, pointing the knife towards the bottom of his left chest just below the left shoulder blade.

"GAHKK—!!!!".

    Ranga was shocked by a heavy stab from behind.

"........Hiiiiii—!!!!".

    The girl screamed.

"AARGGGGHHH!!! HAHAHA. . . . . WOE ARE YOU!!! GAHAHAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!".

     said the middle-aged man disdainfully.

"URPPP—..... (This is bad! This is not good! I was careless, how is this? Why did it happen like this? Why am I too weak. What a fool I am, how stupid I am)."

     Ranga held back his vomiting blood with his hand which looked very dramatic in front of them, after being stabbed.

"Why? . . . . why is it like this? . . . . sob . . . . sob . . . . sob."

     The girl sobbed.

"Enjoy your sense of heroism, you foolish! Fucking Idiot boy!!! Ha!!".

    The middle-aged man said while carrying the knife he kept to stab me in the body earlier and then left the two of us.

Because of the pain of blood flowing from my body, I could only lie down on my right side and face the girl as if I wanted to sleep for a while. But the girl immediately stood up at the same time as I lay facing her and changed my sleeping position facing the right to be on the girl's thigh. Now I can only stare at the ceiling which is covered in an old brown warehouse roof with rusty iron and aluminum. And now I can only see the girl's beautiful and adorable face.

"Are you an Angel?"

     Ranga asked with a warm smile, blood running down his face.

"Sob . . . . Sob . . . . Ehehehe~ . . . .  Stop acting tough! Even though you can't be saved, you're still joking".

     The girl responded, tears in her eyes.

"Okay, but what else can I do? I've never seen the girl I'm most interested in so far."

For a while silence surrounded Ranga and the girl, then the girl began to gain courage.

"sob . . . . sob . . . . hey, can you give me your cell phone? I want to contact your family."

     Said the girl trying to be strong.

". . . . Okay . . . here, Anyway please delete my search history, okay?".

     Ranga said with a tired smile.

"Y-yes thank you . . . . W-what!?".

      Said the girl who was then surprised after Ranga's request

". . . . Why?".

     Ranga said.

The girl just looked at me with a blank and frozen gaze.

"Shut up! you're not my girlfriend!."

   Ranga said firmly.

". . . ., Understood, O unemployed".

   Said the girl in a lazy tone.

"Uggghheee . . . .".

    Ranga immediately vomited blood after hearing the girl's words.

"Eeekkkk?!! Sorry-sorry! My fault! My fault!".

     The girl started to panic and become confused.

"Ahahaha . . . ., I'm happy that in my last moments I died in the lap of a girl I didn't know instead of my family. But, I'm okay. Now I have to focus on my death to the angel, and the god came to me" .

     Ranga said trying to be happy.

"Hey . . . . can you tell me what your name is? If you don't mind, I will name my child the same as your name as a thank you to you."

     Said the bob-haired girl while stroking Ranga's hair like her own future husband.

"What is that? What if your child misbehaves? You'll beat him up".

      Ranga said, trying to tease the girl.

"It's rude, stop, I beg you".

      The girl said firmly.

"Okay miss, My name is Ranga, Now what's the catch?".

       Ranga said.

"Uhm yes . . . ., that's enough".

       Said the girl.

"Wait a minute, I hope you add your last name there, Is that okay?".

       Ranga said.

"Okay".

       The girl answered.

"Ah, thank you, Well this is it . . . . It's time for me to go".

       Ranga said.

"Eh?!".

       Said the girl surprised.

"Hey . . . . first I want to convey a message to you, Can you hear me?".

       Ranga said

"Y-yes . . . . It's alright . . . sob . . . sob . . . . ".

       The girl cried.

"You have to live your life with meaning, don't make your Creator angry. God and also your parents, God will test you with many things. And he will show you what truth is, also true love. Most of them hate the truth and only want worldly pleasures. Moreover, you are a woman and one day you will become a woman and will become a mother, then—".

     Ranga said at length explaining to the girl for a better life.

"sob . . . . sob . . . . (needs to pee)".

      The girl said she couldn't hold back her tears and wanted to go to the toilet.

"In other words, live longer and please your parents and the god. Surely, you will be happy."

      Ranga said with a bright smile.

"Yes, thanks for your hardwork . . . .".

     Said the girl.

"I bear witness that there is no God but God. There is no partner to him, and Muhammad is his servant and messenger—".

      Ranga testified before dying.

After Ranga said his "Testimony" Ranga could only follow the heavy eyes with the coldness of his body temperature which was decreasing due to the incessant bleeding. Now all he could see was the sight of my body being wept by the girl he saved. After that, he knew it wasn't dead, he was just a curious spirit. then he could only follow his own body which was carried by his family and there he just watched.
