Nolen wasn't ready to accept his mistake. Maybe Zion would've let it slide , if he had sincerely apologised, that's how much he liked Nolen. But Nolen being the manipulative jerk , he kept on telling that whether he did was for their love. He kept saying that he did it for him.
Nolen tightened his grip on zion's waist making him flinch a little. Of course Zion was angry. After confessing , they had made a promise that they wouldn't keep secrets from each other. And the fact that he had to learn Nolen's secret from someone else was making him angry that he already was
