Part 1

*Gio Pov*

"Gio! Why do you keep doing this!?" My mom yell at me.

"I told you mom! I don't want to be friends with them! They're so noisy and a crybaby!" I said and my mom right now looks like she's going to explode anytime.

"Gio! You're so stubborn! I just want you to have a friends and live a normal kid but what did you do again?" she said.

"You always say something rude to them!" she said again.

My mother doesn't care about me and she always said that she cared about me but she don't because she only loves my younger brother.

I'm 11 years old now and my younger brother is 9 years old, she always become bias when it comes to my younger brother.

I don't want friends.I just want their love and attention, sometimes i question myself if I'm just an outsider and my younger brother is their only child.

"Gio! If you keep doing this! I don't have other choice but to lock you in your room!" my father said and that makes my heartbeat fast because I always remember the time they lock me in the attic because I push my younger brother and that happened when I was 9 years old and I didn't mean that because I saw a small snake approaching him and that time we're in the living room playing but when I saw that I panicked and then i push him after that the small snake suddenly disappear.

I tried to find that snake but it was nowhere to be found, then suddenly I heard my brother crying, I immediately carry him and he's so heavy and pat his back to calm him down, then suddenly my parents arrived and they look mad.

"What did you do to your brother!?" my mom ask me then she take my younger brother and calm him down.

"Mom there's a snake in the house we should hurry and-" suddenly my father slap me.

"How dare you hurt your own brother!" See this!? He has a bruise!" when I look at his arms there's a bruise in there but did i pushed him that hard?

"Dad! Mom! Please listen to me" I said but my father suddenly grab my arm and dragged me into the attic and lock me there.

"Think your mistake and I hope this gives you lesson!" my father said then i heard his footsteps slowly fading away.

I start crying because I don't see anything in the attic and it's dark there.

I cried but I didn't ask them to open the door because I don't want to make them more mad and I bear that until morning and they finally let me out.

And now they want me to make a friends because It will benefits to them.

"Mom! Dad I'm sorry" I said because I don't want to be lock again.

they don't speak they just walk away the reason why I don't want to be friends with those kids because they always said that I'm just an outsider and my parents never love me.

I want a friend who's trustworthy and true person because you can't call someone a friend if they just want what's best for them and they just force to be friends with me because someone told them to.

Because for me it's better to be alone than to be surrounded by fake people.
