Born different

Long ago there were two sides sides that constantly were entrenched in long-lasting warfare for the gains of the dominion of earth, the gods and the demons of Tartaurus. For many decades ,blood spewed the earth not only from the two opposing sides but from the many innocent men, women and children being caught in the chaos and destruction.

In the threat of being wiped out from existence ,the remaining families left behind the the once prosperous town of Shenzhen and had moved farther North to the more isolated regions of a small stretch of arable land which they called Santa Maria,after their queen who died in trying to get the citizens to safety.But unknown to the remaining townsfolk,among them would be the source of salvation ,but the cause of their damnation, because fifteen years and 364 days ago , a child like no other was was born.And that boy's was name Aiden.

Although he was born like any child his parents were from the two ends of the universe, his mother an angel and his father a demon.A week after his birth, the great war had once again broken out between the two sides. So like any other parent they did the only thing they could without drawing suspicion ,and that was to flee.Unfortunately,as they ran towards the edge of the village ,his father ,Wu was killed by a stray Divine Arrow,one of the only weaknesses that a demon had.The mother had turned back towards him but he had only just enough time to pass on his weapon,the blood blade ,before he died.

As the mother and child finally made it to the rest of the village, suffering from severe exhaustion and tiredness after following the trails of the village for days , his mother, Angela had fallen to her knees,waiting to accept death...

Moments later, a middle aged couple who had been passing by,on seeing the mother and the crying child on her back had enquired about her health.

"Excuse me miss, are you okay?" ,the man asked.

"It's... Too late for me ,please I beg you,look after my child after I'm gone"she managed to say.

" Come with us ,we can take care of you both. "The kind woman said.

" I told you I cannot go any further,here is where my soul must rest. But before I go,you must promise me that you will take care of my child,grow him in kindness and love and tell him about us,his parents when he is of age."

"But we don't know the first thing about you!",they said.

She told them about herself and her husband, about the importance of her child in ending the war between heaven and he'll and about th cataclysmic events that would take place if he dies.

"Please take this and give them to him when he is old and strong enough to wield them",she said as she passed on her sword of truth and her husband's blade.

" Thank you and goodbye, "she said after she gave her child a precious gift of gemstone ,a hug and a kiss goodbye before she bowed in humility and dissipated .
