I wake up to someone knocking on the door, or worse someone banging on it, as if they are going to break it down. I hurriedly get out of bed, run, and hit my shin on the bed. I take a deep breath and keep running. When I open the door, I see Celeste and Natan laughing like two idiots.

Celeste just laughed. Natan kisses the top of our heads and leaves. I go take a quick shower. When I'm done, I put on fresh pajamas. When I come out of the bathroom, I see the stylists and the makeup artist. The wedding would be this afternoon. I sit in the chair. The makeup artist starts doing my makeup. About an hour later, it was ready. Then I go to the stylist who helps me with the dress. When everything is finished, I look at myself in the mirror and I feel beautiful. I wish I was really getting married for love and to the man I love, but life is totally unfair……

I know that the marriage is a facade, but Alicia is the woman I really love.
