She came out of the bathroom putting on the t-shirt he gave to her earlier
He was already in bed gesturing her to come forward
She walked sluggishly and stopped midway

She quickly climbed the bed to the farthest corner..
Switching off the lights she felt his weight on the other side
Soon his heavy breathing was all that she could hear
During the night she heard wolves howling and she became jumpy the last one heard was just outside the window and that kept her up awaiting whatever creature to capture or kill her but nothing happened and she had no choice to take a little nap

A little girl walking in with a rose in her hand she was looking at the ground shyly as her mother held her hand
The lady called out to his mother who rushed out of the kitchen with a towel drying her hands
Hugging the lady before looking down at the pretty child hiding behind her mother

The girl shyly whispered her name to his mother's hearing

Would you like to meet my son?
The girl nods shyly and his mother took her hand leading her to where Damon sat
Oblivious to her Damon was already staring at the girl enchanted by her beauty

*points at him

*says to her daughter
"Hi Damon"
The girl's soft tiny voice rang out and Damon immediately plastered a smile on his face

Now you two be good okay..
Camila
I'll come get you later darling alright?
*squats to her daughter level
"yes mummy"
Both parents left leaving the two of them

The girl nods and he lends her the video game pad
He starts to teach her and they became close

Smiling she opens her fingers counting them till she got to five
She asked almost making him laugh again at her tiny her voice sounds

They played through out the day..
By the time it was evening her mum came to take her she promised to come over everyday after school and during the weekends
She kept her promise and came over with or without her mum
The last time they met was on a Friday she wore a pretty flowery dress in her father's car
They decided to go to the park
Been his only friend he was more than happy to be with her
His father forbid him from going to school saying it'll soften him and corrupt his mind change him from following the family's legacy
At the park the first thing they saw was a swing she quickly got in one and he stood behind her pushing the swing..
