doctor is not wrong though...you must avoid eating marketed icecream they have lots of preservatives and adulteration.... something must have harmed your stomach/gut.... u must take this seriously or you might suffer from severe gastritis.... I am also a doctor by the way ...

same thing happen to me also 🫡 i went to the doctor yesterday and he said i need to stop eating ice cream and milk products too 😤
