Chapter 1
The boy was sleeping soundly, deeply immersed in a dream. However, the jarring sound of his alarm clock abruptly interrupted his peaceful slumber. Irritated, he reached over to his phone to silence the alarm. Meanwhile, from the kitchen, his mom's voice rang out, reminding him that it was already 9 o'clock and time to wake up.
Yawning sleepily, he shuffled towards the bathroom, his mind still fuzzy from sleep.
After freshening up and brushing his teeth, he made his way downstairs.
Jeon Jungkook
*Jungkook came downstairs, yawning widely.* "Mom, where's my breakfast?" *he called out*

"Here, I made some pancakes," *his mom replied, placing a plate in front of him.*😊

"Ji Hoon, come downstairs!" *she shouted, calling her other son.*

"I am coming!" *a voice shouted from upstairs.*

"What's for breakfast today?" *he asked, his voice tinged with excitement.*

"Your favorite, honey pancakes," 😊

Really!!🤩
Jungkook's mom
"Yes, really!" *she confirmed, smiling warmly.*😊

But where is dad?🤔
Jungkook's mom
"He's already left for work," *she replied, setting the table.*

"Oh, okay," he responded, taking his seat at the table
Jungkook's mom
"Now, have your breakfast," *she urged, placing a stack of pancakes in front of him.*
Little did they know, there was someone already sitting and quietly eating, lost in their thoughts and overthinking everything.
After finishing his breakfast, Jungkook went back to his room to get ready for work.
After his shower, he wrapped himself in a towel and walked over to the full-length mirror in his room.
As he stood in front of the mirror, he couldn't help but reflect on his incredible journey of losing weight from fat guy to fit guy

I have accomplished my goal of losing weight and have also gained confidence, but I can't seem to stop overthinking. Why is that?🙂

I thought that after losing weight, I would be able to love myself and find love. But now I wonder, do I deserve love with this tendency to overthink?🙂

He tends to overthink even the smallest things, like when his mom didn't make his favorite banana pancakes, leading him to believe that his mom doesn't love him.
Despite knowing that his mom, family, and friends love him deeply, he often believes they are just forcing themselves to love him, when in reality, he thinks they don't truly love him.
He believes he doesn't deserve any good things
