Martha and the curse

Once upon a time there was a kingdom named Hyetilen, which was created by an angel, who belived that magic contained love.

The royal family members and the people of the kingdom, all of them believed that love was the greatest among all of them, and it could cure any kind of negativity of that kingdom. Everything of that kingdom was just perfect unless one day, the kingdom got cursed by a witch. She said,"everyone here believes in love but none of u have ever known the hardships, the pain and the sacrifices that people are bound to do for their true love. This kingdom would remain in dark until anyone of u suffers from the hard pain for achieving the love." Although everyone still trusted on the power of love, but nobody knew how to achieve the true love or how to thaw the curse.

As the time passed, people changed, their perspectives changed. Yet, there were some people who still believed in love. Years passed like this. In a small town of that kingdom, there lived a 17-year-old cold-hearted and unemotional girl. People were scared of her as she was a paranoid, and they thought that she was unstable and incurable.

Actually, she had a childhood trauma. When she was a child, she was a very pretty little girl, she was sweet and soft-hearted. She smiled at everybody with warm feelings. The most important people of her life whom she loved more than anybody were her parents. Her name was Martha. Her parents performed dark magic but for the sake of good. They never intended to hurt anybody. And with their magic, they even helped people. But one day while helping out a man their magic spilled out, and it actually killed that person. But the town's people thought that they did this on purpose, and they burnt her parents alive in front of her eyes when the cried and begged them to let go of her parent's life. The most important people of her life died in front of her. On that day she decided that she will never smile, or she will never love anyone. As the days passed she became more and more emotionless, rebellious and cold-hearted. No one even dared to talk to her and everyone stayed away from her. Years passed like this.

One day , a really stupid, funny and childish boy knocked on her door . She opened the door, stared at that boy, but she didn't say anything. He introduced himself and said that his name was Troy. But Martha did not showed any intrest, instead she gave him a death stare. But he was so stupid that he thought she was giving him different looks. Then he spoke,"I know that I'm looking handsome enough, so u can give me a compliment rather than gazing me and drowning in my eyes." She didn't react and she shut the door at his face.
