Arranged marriage

One beautiful morning in a quiet village,girl was sitting in a café enjoying the weather and the beautiful environment that surrounded her ,this place made her feel happy it made her feel relaxed and calm it's a place she always dreamed about,but sadly everything good comes to an end right...And that is exactly what happened when she got a sudden call from her mom

Mom📱: LILY!!where the hell are you I have been trying to call you for the past 20 minutes

Lily📱:Mom I told you once and 8 will tell you again I am not marrying him

Mom📱: but you have to it will be good for our business...pls Lily we need this,our business is going down and this is the only solution pls think about it

Lily 📱:fine I will think about it

She hung up,as tears started to form around her eyes,Why her ,she thought,why did she have to be sold away just for the businesses sake ,she didn't ask for any of this,and worst of all she has to get married to her childhood enemy and move away from her peaceful village,she was devastated,but most of all she resented her parents, because if they didn't neglect the company and weren't arrogant and spoiled the moment they got money in their hands thee they wouldn't be going through this right now,she later her head on her arms and started weeping, just thinking about her miserable life

Her parents never really cared about her they only cared about her when they needed something and this time they needed her to be a sacrifice for them in order for them to get money and there was nothing she could do about it,she felt useless and powerless even though she had tried coming up with solutions,her parents would always turn her down insisting that this was the only option left ,and of course None of this was true,she knew deep down that they only said this because they wanted the easy way out,her parents never wanted to work or make an effort they only wanted success and God knows how they could get that without working

But what could she do , except for giving in to her parents selfish needs,it's not like she had anything to fight for so everytime she would just accept their requests with a heavy heart....

She stood up wiped her tears and went home, when she got there,her parents were waiting for her in the living room with hopefull eyes and when they saw her enter the house they jumped up from their seats and ran to her , waiting for her answer.

Dad🗨️: what do u say lily are u willing to help your dear parents

Mom🗨️:pls think about it carefully, this is not just for our sake but for yours as well

As if ,lily knew that they were lying and the only people who would benefit from this marriage is them

Lily 🗨️:I agree...but on one condition...

The. Only reason that kept lily from denying this offer is her great desire to complete her studies, sadly she couldn't do that since her parents wanted all the money for their own good and never thought about offering a single penny to their beloved daughter

Dad🗨️: What condition??

Lily 🗨️: I will marry mark ,if you allow me to go to a fashion designer university there in the city,and let me complete my studies

Dad🗨️:as long as you agree,we can give you that

Mom🗨️: this is so exciting I'll call mark right away and tell him the good news while I do that you should start packing

Lily 🗨️:why should I start packing

Mom🗨️: because mark is going to fetch you tommorrow 😀

Lily 🗨️: TOMORROW !!!!! isn't that a bit too soon

Dad 🗨️: not at all,now don't waste any time and start packing

Lily was shocked,why was it so soon ,she couldn't even adjust ,and why on earth did mark agree to this wedding,They hated one another how could they get married/all these questions were running through Lily's mind while she was packing,as soon as she finished packing she took a warm shower and went to sleep thinking about what would happen the next day....
