I mean at the age of 17 all wizards go through a ritual. In this ritual they are told their second genders. There are 4 second genders namely Alpha, omega, beta and Enigma. Beta's are like normal people. Omega has the power to give birth no matter the first gender. Which means even if the omega is a boy, he can still give birth. Alphas can get an omega or a girl beta pregnant. Alphas can be girls too. And finally Enigmas can get all genders pregnant including boy beta and Alphas

When Hadrian was born he was immediately taken to gringotts to be blood adopted by his godfather. His godfather was the trusted friend of his parents. When Hadrian's parents died in an accident when he was 2. Sirius Black became his official guardian.
Sirius took over as the Lord of Black house and named Hadrian his son.

But what is the plot?
Hadrian was a smart kid since a young age. He was good at studies as well as all aspects of magic.
Draco Malfoy, Hadrian's cousin had always grown in Hadrian's shadow. He was extremely jealous of Hadrian. But this issue was taken on another level when Hadrian presented as Enigma and all the students in Hogwarts including Draco's girlfriend started flattering him. Draco had no way to surpass Hadrian in this aspect.
Still he bared with all the difficulties that came his way. But it was Draco's breaking point when he saw his girlfriend seducing Hadrian. He challenged Hadrian for a duel and lost it in front of the whole school.
After the duel he was seen nowhere. He disappeared forever. 2 weeks later, Hadrian was found dead in his bed, after suffering 15 crucios and a killing curse.
