I remember the feeling of cold sweat and booming heartbeat. I was excited yet nervous at the the same time. I was in front of the elevator, I figured out the code of the lift. I could finally earn my freedom.

The past year has been hellish. I was locked here in this luxurious penthouse owned by a monster disguised as an angle. I was like rapunzel with her tangled fare of being locked in a tower. Except that I was not a even a prince. There's was no one to save me from my dreadful fate.

One by one, I pushed the buttons for each respective number. my hands were shaking, and my knees could collapse any moment.

But Jeonghan excitement was cut loose as a loud bell ting from the lift made his body froze. every second felt like an eternity as the elevator opened, reveling her prepossessing stature, while her commanding aura exuded in the room.
Jeonghan blinked a few times to confirm whether he were right or wrong, before staring at her with disbelief and fear. her giggles gave it away, and the wide smile formed on her lips was the same that made you fall for her.
However, it seems like that smile has a different meaning. As much as it gave Jeonghan butterflies before, it could only give him chills now.
You were just right outside the lift, trying to escape the hellish penthouse Jeonghan were locked into. The luxurious space didn't comfort him. The extravagant lifestyle didn't make him happy and lastly, her love was too heavy to handle.
Cory called Jeonghan out, while still wearing her alluring smile. This was probably the worst-case scenario that could happen to you. Amidst trying to escape, she came home at the same exact moment Jeonghan was on the verge of freedom.
Cory's eyes seemed innocent and her smiles drew him in, but behind that was monster waiting to be unleashed. A predator waiting to devour him.

What are you doing? Were you there to welcome me home?
Cory asked giggling while she leaned towards him.
She examined every detail of his face. Her eyes gleamed awe hunger can also be seen in her eyes.

But, I didn't tell you when I will be arriving?
Cory added while poking her cheeks, recreating her cutesy thinking post always seen on her shows.
Yoon Jeonghan

Jeonghan stuttered, only mumbled incomprehensible sounds. You could not contain his nerves. His hands started to shake, and shivers were brought upon her every giggle.

Cory said, mimicking you, and clearly making fun of him.

Cory, I want to go home.
Jeonghan said weakly using all of his remaining courage. He statement well, but being honest at this point would most likely be the path to live. If ever he decided to lie, she would just see through it, and a gun might end his miserable life.
As expected, Cory took what he said offensively as her face turned sour. Stripping her smile, she wore her alternate personality, and it was a version of herself that was shown only to him. Once again she stripped her jolly attitude and showed her devilish nature.
