"Hey mom what are you doing here "I said confused. Firstly she asked me how school was, and I told her all about it except for what happened between me and Arthur.
"Ok my reason for coming here is to tell you that I finally found a man in my......" My mom said as I didn't wait for her to complete her sentence and I said" Mom why are you doing this, you know dad left you didn't you learn from that "I said angrily.
"Anyway he is coming tomorrow, and please be on your best behavior "my mom said and left.
It was Saturday which was the day my mum's so-called boyfriend was to come.
"Sylverina please come downstairs someone wants to see you "
I came downstairs with a frown on my face. "Hello, my name is John what's yours" Mr John said smiling. I told him my name as my mom told me to seat, but I was, so angry to sit down in the midst of the two of them, so I yelled and said "Mom what do you take me for a fool why would you just have another husband without asking me if I was ready to have a dad" I said as I went back upstairs.
My mom was furious and said "You are Grounded for one week" .
I pretended that I didn't listen to what she said and took my phone I saw 2 chats one from Olivia and the other from Mrs Layla.
I texted Mrs Layla first and told her about what had happened, Mrs Layla advised me to go apologize to my mom and also be on my best behavior anytime Mr John was around and after Mrs Layla advised me I felt a little guilty after all she was still my mother

"It's ok dear she's still growing "Mr John said to my mom as they hugged each other. I watched from upstairs and saw that they loved each other.
After Mr John left my mom went to her room still feeling a little annoyed at what I did, so I decided to come to her
"Am so sorry for what happened mom I didn't mean it "I said. Surprisingly she agreed and accepted my apology I decided to stay with her that night
