As she continue teasing me the Maid outside my chamber , suddenly call out for me from the other side of the door

"Your highness...." The maid outside announced ," your meal is ready."

Before I replied my maid lily quickly replied on my behalf and said " yes we will come after his highness finishes preparing

As Iook at lily she gave me a reassuring smile and said "don't worry to much I've got this . Just leave it to me " said with a confident

She then selected a suitable cloth for me and applied some makeup to make me look more presentable. I couldn't help but appreciate her confidence and expertise. With her help, I knew I would be ready to face his highness the duke

And make a clear conversation and explained my situation is as I already gather my confidence when we already in the dinning hall the duke wasn't there

It was like the maid already predicted that the duke weren't coming cause the food was for only one person

As the Butler talk to me " your highness ...." You can call us if you need something." Said before he live me alone with lily even thought there still something I want to ask

As I sat down to enjoy my meal, I couldn't help but wonder why the duke didn't came ...is it because the duke didn't want to eat with me or there's another reasons ......

"Well never mind " it's not my problem wethere he eat or not ,

As the prince begine his meal he look at the food they serve him and he was amazed of it's cause the food they serve him was all beautiful and they look more appetizing

While the prince being amazed by the food his maid lily "chuckle" and said your highness you should start eating it instead of staring the food or else the food will begin to become cold soon " talking while teasing the prince "

"Stop it l.... lily "said while pretending to be angry too lily "

as the prince talking lily begin to laugh quietly and said I'm sorry your highness I will stop teasing you "

"Hmmmp fine I forgive you " speaking while crossing his arm .. then he begin to eat his meal while lily standing beside him waiting for his highness to finished his meal

While the prince eating he felt uncomfortable cause he didn't used to eat while someone watching him then the prince stop eating , and said lily why don't you join me in my meal

As the prince talking lily was shocked of what the prince said cause this is the first time that the prince ask lily to join him and lily know that it inappropriate to sit with your master that why she was always standing beside him that why she didn't expect that the prince will said this to her

Before lily refuse him the prince stand up and he make lily sit in front of him " cause the prince know that lily will refuse him " and said since we're just the two of us here ...so you don't have to be to formal to me and then he passed some food to lily and then the prince said "this is your punishment for always teasing me"" so that lily can't refuse him

"Yes your highness I will gladly accept your punishment " said lily while she's smiling to the prince
