At the outskirts of the mortal kingdom far from the castle, kim taehyung believed he had found bliss as he walked through the sweet strawberry fields under the warmth of an elated sun.

The smell was comforting, and it induced a pleasant euphoria as he gazed at the berries that welcome him every day.

He wore loose fitted, white clothes that were stained with dirt that allowed him to feel liberated, but he wore a straw that to protect himself from the sunlight. He had biggest smile on his face as he collected strawberries into basket.

Taehyung hummed lightly, his fingers picking more strawberries as he thought for a moment, "I wanted to make a strawberry cheesecake for dessert ——" he grinned when his grandma to holler excitedly.

jiwoo shook her head while Taehyung chuckled lightly, but then she heard wheels turning at a distance.

Taehyung, come here! She called out for him anxiously right as the royal carriage come into view.

When Taehyung heard it, he turned to watch as the carriage stopped before them,

but he was pulled back by both his mother and grandmother. He stood in between them, quickly linking his hand to theirs while their strawberry baskets remained on the ground, forgotten.

As king Soo-hyuk stepped out, he held out his hand to guide his daughter, yeji out of the carriage and the princess instantly grimaced as she apprehensively stepped on the dirt.

Their clothes were luxurious and Taehyung nervously attempted to brush the dirt from his clothes before the three of them bowed in respect—despite the evident bewilderment on their faces.
