George's provocations persisted, urging Dereck to keep drinking in the hope that it would become easier for him. However, Dereck, aware of his drinking limits, refused to follow his colleague.

"George, I'm going to stop here. I think it's best not to continue; I still need to be aware of my actions."

Faced with this answer, George had to agree, even if he wasn't happy with Dereck's decision.

"Would you like a beer?" Dereck asked.

"Yes, I accept."

Dereck went to the kitchen to get the beer. When he returned, George decided to approach him directly, heading for the purpose that had brought him there. He took the beer from Dereck's hand, ensuring that their fingers met, drawing a smile from the doctor and highlighting his dimples.

"I need to ask you something, doctor. I don't want to do anything that might offend you."

"We're not in the hospital, just call me Dereck. What do you want to ask me?"

"Are you gay?" George asked, noticing the change in Dereck's countenance.

"Why are you asking me this out of the blue?" He was a little afraid.

"I'm sorry if I was too direct, it's just that I've been wanting to kiss you for a while now. I may be getting something wrong, but I've noticed how you look at me a few times in hospital, so I thought we were on the same wavelength."

Dereck kissed him once more and then asked George to make himself comfortable, indicating that he needed a shower first. At that moment, George saw his opportunity and acted. He checked if the angle was correct and then sat on the bed, took off his shirt, and tried to relax. Shortly after, Dereck returned in a bathrobe and, noticing George sitting there, approached, standing between his legs.

"Do you usually be with men?" Dereck asked, running his hand over George's chest.

"To be honest, you're the first," George replied, holding Dereck's hand. "So, be patient with this inexperienced person here. I want you to know that I'm glad it's you." He then kissed the doctor's hand, putting on a show.

Dereck thought he was being rather sweet and didn't suspect anything.

"I promise I'll take good care of you."

Dereck reassured him and leaned in again, kissing George once more before kneeling between his legs. If George was nervous about it being his first time with another man, Dereck would try to make him comfortable, allowing him to relax even more.

Dereck's hands roamed George's body until they reached the button of his pants. He started undoing it slowly, maintaining eye contact with his colleague, which prevented George from looking at the phone and exposing that every act was being recorded. George was aware of what Dereck was about to do. Although he didn't know if he could go through with the situation, at least he would capture some scenes.
