Chapter 5

Murong Qing locked himself up for a week, the seventh day of Jiang Xue's death. He went out at night to Luo Mingze's residence. Murong Qing saluted Jiang Xue one last time.

Luo Mingze fell silent and hugged Murong Qing. "It's not your fault. You continuing like this will only make A Xue sadder." Luo Mingze said hugging Murong Qing tightly. Murong Qing cried silently in Luo Mingze's arms.

Tired of everything, Murong Qing fell asleep in Luo Mingze's arms. Luo Mingze took Murong Qing home.

Morning came quite quickly. Murong Qing woke up and found Fan Yuxuan in front of him. "Prince, you need to shave and take a bath." Fan Yuxuan said. "I know." Murong Qing said sighing.

Murong shaved and went to clean himself. He closed his eyes and let the window open to let the wind in. His eyes were covered by a big hand.

“Luo Mingze, don't you have work? Go to work.” Murong Qing said chasing Luo Mingze away. "I have a case but Minister Lan said it's your case so you have to come with me." Luo Mingze said.

"What case?" Murong Qing asked. "Murder at the Red Blood Inn." Luo Mingze said. "I was just about to dismiss this case." Murong Qing explained. "Why?" Luo Mingze asked. "Because I have to leave the capital and I'm a little lazy." Murong Qing said casually.

"Now do you still want to reject it?" Luo Mingze asked. "Because this is your case, it means there is a connection with my father, so I have to intervene." Murong Qing said casually.

"I'll wait for you outside." Luo Mingze said out. Murong Qing came out not long afterward in more casual clothes. Due to external cases, the clothing should not be excessive.

When he came out he saw Luo Mingze, Luo Zixin and Fan Yuxuan's clothes were even more casual than his. "Going on horseback?" Murong Qing asked. Fan Yuxuan nodded vigorously. The four of them set off on horses.
