🎤🎤 I went to our Delhi University... I saw two girls... Beating boys badly ... reason Those senior boy's were trying to do ragging with their brother... boy sitting and eating chips... Third girl...who was treating wounds like professional doctor.... And Forth girl... She was telling law's on ragging...for how long they will go to jail ..how much fine they have to pay
