Pearl's knuckles were white and as he grabbed the phone and answered in a trance.

When he hung up the phone, there was no gasping. Pearl's face reflected on the window, and his tears dripping down.

He knows that Andrew doesn't love him, and there are always omegas around him. He knows it very well, but he just doesn't dare to admit it.
