Looking to the food on a hope to get rid of her hunger by imagining that she is eating that delicious food
but unfortunately, even that simple dream she couldn't get
& the owner of that store got out there, shouting at her angrily

I love, how you described FL’s hardships without sugarcoating them, but at the same time, managed to capture truly fairytale-ish wintery atmosphere.
It feels a bit like something out of Andersen’s or Dickens’ works (but I hope, with much happier ending, then some of them). Or, maybe some sort of old Disney cartoon. Thank you for this hopeful vibe.
Also I like how you ended the chapter at the cliff-hanger, it’s very exciting to see, what’s next!
