Some were town officials responsible for investigations and food supplies. I will continue looking into this matter and report when we have something definite or of interest to us.

I know these officials that have been targeted do seem corrupt but they held order.

Our focus will probably have to be on protecting our own supplies. I'll have to pay more for better security so ours don't get stolen because they will become targeted by opportunists and desperately starving people.
