He replied coldly. Jungkook bit on his lower lip.

He held Taehyung's hand.

Taehyung sighed before he pulled him closer.

Jungkook squinted his eyebrows.

What do you mean by that? We're bound to stay together for the rest of our lives.

He giggled. But that wasn't funny for Taehyung. He has endured it enough. He stared at the boy with a blank face.

Jungkook's smile dropped.

He paused, licking his lips anxiously.

Taehyung demanded. Jungkook gulped, eyeing up at him hesitantly.

He had no answers to be honest and Taehyung knew it.

Gulping his pride, he held his baby boyfriend's soft hands in his hold.

Jungkook looked up with teary eyes. He was confused and scared. Taehyung caressed his hair.

Jungkook

He said desperately. Taehyung smiled.

Jungkook bit on his lip before he hugged Taehyung.

Taehyung didn't stretch the talk any further. He said it, now it's Jungkook who will choose between his reputation or love.

He muttered.

Jungkook whined, tracing his chest, a pout adorning his lips.

Jungkook whimpered. He despised the tone Taehyung was using on him. Never in his life did Taehyung ever talk rudely with him and now here he was.

Taehyung

Why Koo? All because of your reputation right?

Jungkook

Jungkook paused, he realised what he just said. He looked up at Taehyung with wide eyes.

Jungkook

Taehyung

Quit it. It's already late, let's sleep now.

Taehyung said turning his back to Jungkook. He was hurt. Jungkook clearly meant that Taehyung isn't worthy of being his boyfriend. He held back his tears and closed his eyes.

Jungkook didn't mean that way. Sniffing softly, he hugged Taehyung from behind snuggling against his back.

Taehyung didn't respond instead he tried to sleep.

Next Morning

He pleaded to Taehyung who did nothing but walk ahead. It wasn't like he was ignoring on purpose.

Taehyung halted and turned to look at his small baby who was already on the verge of shedding tears. He caressed his cheeks.

That all took, Jungkook to latch on him.

Taehyung caressed his head.

Now come on, cheer up pretty princess.

He said softly knowing how Jungkook goes all peachy with that particular nickname. Jungkook giggled softly.

Taehyung smiled fondly.

Of course. Because my baby is an angel.

Jungkook

He whined softly. Not being able to hold back, he kissed him on his lips.

They reached the university and again, the same thing went on but this time Taehyung wasn't all by himself.

There was Bogum who was by his side all the time and that somehow distracted Taehyung. Usually, he would sit alone and sad but now Bogum gave him company. He cheered him up now and then.

Jungkook would just watch them with longing eyes. The way Taehyung would laugh, he could actually see his boyfriend being happy for real.
