(Alice flipped Andrea and removed her skirt. Tears started to flow in Andrea's eyes.)

ALICE: Let's start now. Quit the play and make pleasant noises.

(Alice inserted her lady's finger inside the cave and pushed them forward and backward. She slides her other hand into Andrea's chest buttons and starts to squeeze them)

ANDREA: Ahh ~~~~

ALICE: It's fun, right?

ANDREA: Slow down. it's painful.

ALICE: Painful? The real show is about to begin.

ANDREA: Don't tell me you're going to....

ALICE: You guessed it right, babygirl

(Alice opened a brand new toy and applied lotion on it.)

(Alice without any warning inserted the toy inside Andreas's lower lips and keeps pressing them in and out.)

ANDREA: Ah....i can't walk tomorrow at this rate.

ALICE: You're a doctor. You have many ways to cure yourself. Don't act like a baby. Just co-operate.

ANDREA: I can't do this anymore. Please take them out.

(Alice hits Andrea on her cheeks angrily)

ALICE: You're a waste product of my mom. You're meant to be wasted in my hands. Just bear it. If you can't bear it.... Just die.

ANDREA: I'm going out.

ALICE: Go wherever you want. Don't bother me.

(Andrea stepped outside her home and went straight to her hospital. It was a private hospital set up by her, on her own. She sat on the chair in her room. She closed her eyes and tears started to flow from her eyes.)

ANDREA: What did I do to deserve this? Mom, Why did you give birth to me. Why do people say that I'm a jinx that took your life? I don't get it. Weirdly, the place where people come with tears gives me a peaceful mind. I love living as a doctor. If heavens would hear me... I'd wish to die and be reborn as a new person whom my only twin sister would love unconditionally.
