Fateful Encounter

She sees the back of Ryan..She wanted to follow him but she lost all the strength in her feet.Her face was as white as a ghost.As if been shot by a bullet to her head  it starts hurting her.Through the teary eyes she looks at Ryan before he enters the meeting room..Sally couldn't move anymore and she leans on the wall  and crouches downs.Her eyes filled with tears and her body all shivering..June was on her way to the meeting as well when she sees Sally in that condition..

June:- "Sally?!!!! What happened?you okay?" .

.When she touched her she could feel that Sally was shivering so much..

"Can you get up" She says trying to hold her up...Sally gets up, with  her legs shaking..She was still breathing heavily..Her manager helps her get  to the car ..At that moment the director starts calling her..

June:-"Hello".

Director," Just where the  are you? And where is Sally? Mr.Ryan is already here.!"

June:- "Boss, Sally suddenly  got very sick.I am taking her to the hospital now..I was just about to call you"

Director:- ,"What?What happened to her? Stop joking around and get here asap!"

June:- " i'm serious sir..She need to see a doctor right now."

Director:- ,"And what am i suppose to say to Mr.Ryan then?Don't you dare embarrass me near him.This meeting was important.."

Sena:-  I know sir "I'm sorry..But Sally is not really in the condition to attend a meeting now."

The Director angrily hangs up the call..

Ryan sees the director angry and asks him "Is everything okay Director?"

He turns to Ryan and with a forced smile says.."Well Mr. Ryan..Something came up...I hope you will not let this get in the way of our contract.."

Ryan:- "What is it?" .

Director:- "Well you see our top model suddenly got sick and is being taken to the hospital right now."

Ryan pauses for a moment and says.."Well that's bad... So why don't we reschedule our meeting until she gets better?"..

Director:- "Oh yes yes,...Let's do that...You're very kind Mr.Ryan" . He had a cheerful smile on his face

Ryan:- "Okay then see you soon."

Ryan walks out of the rooms with Amy..The Director was following them in order to escort him to his car.

Ryan:- ."Director\, we can go by ourself\,\,.I think you should go check up on your model and make sure she' is okay".

"Oh yes...I will do that..Thank you" Directors bows at him and stops following them...

As soon as they were out of sight the director calls up one of his  chief staff..

Director,"Hello"

Chief staff,"Yes boss"

Director:- ,"Replace Sally from this contract with Bruwayne"

Chief staff,:-  "What??!!!" But why?"

Director,:- "Don't question me! Just do it!!" he said angrily..

Chief staff,:- "Okay sir.."

Director hangs up the phone ...."You were so careless and was about to let this contract get cancelled..Don't think i'm just gonna ignore this Sally" he murmurs to himself..

(Meanwhile at the hospital)

Sally opens her eyes and sees herself in the hospital ward..June beside her biting her nails and looking at her phone..She looked very tense...

Sally:- "Why do you look so worried?"

June asks and sally and smiles with a relief..

June:- "Hey how are you feeling now?"

Sally:- "I'm feeling better"

June:- "You worried me to death..What happened?Did you eat something wrong?Does it hurt anywhere?"

Sally:- "Ahhh..No...I am okay..I don't know i just started feeling sick all of a sudden..Probably because of the medicine i took for headache"

She didn't wanna tell her manager about what exactly happened..And Sally couldn't forget about Ryan..She really wanted to know who was he and why did she feel that way when he passed by her..

June:- "That's a relief."

Sally:- "Thank you and sorry for making you worried"

June:- "Stop it..It's my job to look after you okay.."

Sally smiles at her and suddenly she remembers about the meeting.."What happened to the meeting and the contract" she asked curiously..

June:- "Ummm..Well....Sally...Director has replaced you."

Sally was shocked..But more than that she was curious about knowing more about Ryan..She didn't know that Ryan was the one they were about to sign the contract with..

Sally:- "hhmmmm .That's sad but it's okay..There will be lots of opportunities coming for me"

Sena looks at her worried.."Oh..Your're such a good child.." she says while stroking her head...

Sally:- "What? Now stop sounding like an old grandma okay"

June:- "what?/you naughty kid..." She pinches her cheeks

Sally:- "ow ow ow.."

"Okay you take a rest now..Let me get the car, we can leave after doing some paperwork..Sena says while standing up..

Sally:- "Okay..Thanks"

Sena leaves the ward room and Sally gets into a deep thought..."Just who was he?What was he doing there and why did he looked so familiar...And why did i have the feeling like my nightmare was back? she questions herself...

Meanwhile Ryan was  back to his apartment..He took shower and was in his bed when he receives a text from Amy...

"This is the photo of the model that we're going to use for our company"

Ryan checks the photo and wasn't satisfied with it..So she calls Amy..

Amy:- ,"Hello boss"

Ryan:- ,"I heard the model was very attractive and special..I see nothing attractive in this model..Can we even use her for advertising?you know we need visuals to attract customers right..What is worng with Yveiry agency?Are they trying to make a fool of us?"

Amy:- ," You're right sir..But this was not the model that was signed for the contract.The director just changed it earlier"

Ryan,:- "Why change in the last minute?"

Amy:- ,"Remember the model who was sent to the hospital?She was suppose to be or model but the director changed to another model ..Maybe because she nearly had the contract cancelled by not attending that's why"

Ryan:- "Ahh that stupid old man...What about that model?Do you have her photos?"

Amy:- " Oh yes,,I have it..Do you want me to send it"

Ryan,:- Yes because we have the right to choose the models ourself. I will decide if it needs to be changed or not"

Amy:- ,"Right...Okay i will send it sir.."

Ryan:- .."Okay thank you".

Ryan disconnect the call and takes a glass of wine..He was always taking a glass before sleeping so that he will feel drowsy and will be able to sleep early...

He holds the glass in his hands when Amy send him the photos...He opens it and as soon as he sees it he drops his glass of wine,it hit the floor and shattered into pieces..His eyes were suddenly filled with tears...The photo was Sally's..
